Charming, clean and well located.

We were there for 4 nights, the apartment was very large and super equipped (everything new). The most important thing is that it was clean. Great location.

It is a very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Near the square of Colle di Valdesla. It is very comfortable.

The excellence of the B&B. Congratulations on the property itself and on the excellent management. What you see in the photos and what you read in the description is reality.

Highly recommended accommodation. Right in the center. Apartment equipped with everything necessary and of excellent quality. Convenient to the various restaurants in the area and to the well-stocked supermarket. Close to the most important communication routes.

The room is very nice, and the option to have a bathtub in the room is great. The only downside, in my opinion, is the room's lighting, which is not very functional and a bit uncomfortable. The cleanliness needs improvement to reach the top.

The room is beautiful, as seen in the photos. The property is in a very central location in the city, and the free parking is also nearby and easily reachable on foot. The only inconvenient thing, perhaps for those with heavy luggage, is the very steep climb on a not-so-smooth road that you have to walk up to get to the entrance door. The internal stairs are a bit narrow and steep but nothing unmanageable. The room was clean except for a small hair found on the bathroom sink, the bedding was abundant and impeccable. Although there is air conditioning with hot/cold options, there was also an additional fleece blanket for the bed if desired. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work because a guest had damaged it the day before, but I was informed with the proposal to change rooms or booking dates: for me, it was not essential that the hot tub worked but that there was hot water. Also, around the tub, there is plenty of space to walk or place items and it is also equipped with a soap dispenser with an excellent scent, just like those in the bathroom and shower. The flaws that bothered me a little during the stay were the inability to connect my bluetooth to the room's audio system (it was written that it was possible), but I appreciate the owner's willingness who promptly replied to my message asking for a solution, which he provided but which still did not work. Nevertheless, the very large and beautiful TV is a smart TV equipped with Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc., so in the end, we used that for music and the sound was excellent. Another thing, but maybe I read it wrong, at 10:25 in the morning they rang the doorbell twice to inform us about the cleaning, but I had read that the checkout time was at 11. We had to quickly repack our bags because it seemed rude to keep the cleaning ladies waiting. I repeat, maybe it’s my mistake, I will check again, but I advise future guests to check this carefully and, if necessary, be punctual because they arrive on time or even a few minutes early. Overall, it was a beautiful and unforgettable experience, to be repeated, also considering the excellent value for money and the beauty of the location in the area.

Recently renovated structure, with modern and design furnishings. The location is strategic for reaching the city center and the neighboring towns. The supermarket just a few steps away is also strategic in case of need.

Beautiful structure, although a little inconvenient because finding parking is complicated. The structure is not panoramic and is not easily accessible for those with mobility issues. Overall, however, the rooms are really beautiful, functional, and well-equipped.

Great but a bit expensive.

Great accommodation, very nice, with a large room. The bathroom is very nice and functional. Furthermore, there is a well-made kitchenette.

Everything perfect, just a few issues with the closing of the windows.

Brand new mini apartment with modern and comfortable furnishings, perfect for a couple's weekend. I really appreciated the presence of glasses inside the cabinets.
