There were lizards in the apartment. The air conditioning unit did not work in either room. The electric stove did not work, and several electrical outlets did not work either.

Quando una recensione raggiunge l'assurdità: non è vero nulla, l'aria condizionata funziona perfettamente, il piano ad induzione (non cucina elettrica, sa la differenza?) funziona perfettamente, tutte le prese funzionano perfettamente. Questo tizio non ha fatto nessuna segnalazione durante il soggiorno, quale è l'ospite che trova tutto non funzionante e non dice assolutamente nulla?...e poi mette 10 al rapporto qualità prezzo! Non so che dire, se le aspettative sono state inattese che senso ha quel 10? E se invece la struttura è molto adeguata al prezzo (94, 00 euro) di cosa ti lamenti?

This property was scruffy and not clean. The village it is in was the worst place we visited in Tuscany. There are so many lovely towns and villages, but this was not one of them. It felt like a dark dungeon with no view and no outdoor area, as the table and chairs looked like they would collapse if you sat on them. The pool had a horrible yellow tide mark around it and was not inviting; in fact I did not see anyone use it during our stay. I really don’t know how this property gets such good ratings. It spoiled our stay in Tuscany. The only good thing was the easy bus ride into Florence, but even this did not make up for the horrible property. Please stay somewhere else.

Extremely good price and area. Nice views, room extremely clean. No annoying staff. Just relax. Very good surveillance camera system for safety of guests.

Marvelous stay at Rocca Palazzaccio! Super clean, super modern! Very close to Florence by car or bus, but you are already in beautiful Tuscany. The view is amazing, very pleasant location! The swimming pool was nice as well. \nWe would not hesitate to come back!

Very nice establishment. Our studio 13 was very clean. The air conditioning works very well and is appreciated in this heat. The pool is very clean and quiet. Many sun loungers available. The bus is nearby to go to Florence.

It was a great accommodation. Through the app you could open the gates and the apartment door. WhatsApp requests were answered quickly and remedies were provided. There is a bus stop very close by to get to Florence quickly.

Property in a very beautiful panoramic location and the residence with its various self-contained apartments is also pleasant. Inside, our studio was well equipped, but it would need better insulation and above all the entrance, which is all glass, should be replaced with more efficient and new fixtures and protected by shutters or similar, because in the entrance/kitchen area at the end of November it is very cold despite the radiators being on and, in addition, the heat pump, due to its position, heats the central area but not the entrance and the kitchen. The environment is also quite humid, which is noticeable from the musty smell when entering that has permeated clothes and suitcases. Definitely nice in summer, but I would not recommend it in winter. Nothing to say about the management, everything went well, we found what was needed for breakfast (even though not requested) and they promptly intervened to fix a problem with the TV remote.

Buongiorno, prendo nota di ogni sua osservazione ma per i futuri eventuali ospiti mi corre l'obbligo di precisare alcune cose. Gli infissi sono in legno massello con doppi vetri, i radiatori sono a regolazione autonoma e quindi se ne può alzare la temperatura, la pompa di calore molto dispendiosa e inutile con i radiatori è, come tutti gli split, orientabile e quindi avrebbe potuto orientarla nella zona da lei desiderata. La tecnologia ha il suo bello e mi permette di constatare che lei aveva in camera 24 gradi, temperatura evidentemente altissima; ci scusiamo se vicino alle vetrate è difficile mantenerla. La colazione piuttosto è stata offerta. Per il telecomando Signora, non abbiamo fatto nulla, il personale delle pulizie si è limitata a spegnere e riaccendere.

Siamo una struttura con punteggio 9. Credo sia importante quindi capire cosa spinge un ospite ad assegnare punteggi bassi che senza motivazione diventa una recensione inconcludente. Mi permetto solo di far notare che la Signora (che prenota col solo nome) ha usufruito di una offerta speciale ed ha pagato un appartamento con camera da letto, cucina e bagno ben 67, 00 euro e si permette di assegnare 7 al rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci fa ben sperare che non voglia più soggiornare da noi.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful weekend. Thanks to this beautiful structure with a beautiful landscape as soon as you exit the studio, which is very clean and has all the comforts that a couple can have. What can I say, thank you very much. Beautiful place, clean and welcoming! The cleaning staff was also kind and helpful. We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which is enchanting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. We felt at home. We will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the pool and barbecue.

I took advantage of a super last-minute offer and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was well-equipped and very clean. Manager and staff super helpful for every request. Additionally, upon our arrival, we found everything we needed to have breakfast the following day.
