The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the tram line, which easily takes you to the old town (about 4 stops). The reception was friendly, the procedures simple. We could park our car for a small fee in the underground garage a few houses away. Overnight parking is also available on the street in front of the apartment. It was quiet even though you are in the city. The beds are comfortable. The toilet flush was unstable, which I would like to have fixed. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, but it disappeared with the door closed. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence!

A good room, the only downside is that the room is a bit noisy due to the street below and the toilet drain and the walls are a bit thin. Since we paid little, I wouldn't give too much weight to these defects.

Welcoming and helpful host. Comfortable bed and pillows. Strategic location to reach the city center and Santa Maria Novella train station by tram in 10 minutes. Quiet area despite being not far from the center.

Structure in the center, near Santa Maria Novella station, reachable on foot or a few stops by tram, kind and helpful manager, clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed, slept well.

Bed and Breakfast located 3 tram stops from the center of Florence. The host Roberta was very kind and extremely helpful during our stay, satisfying all our requests. Absolutely recommended for the size of the room, location, and host's courtesy.

I highly recommend staying here! I had a great time, very clean room, a nice large bed, modern and well-maintained structure. Excellent location being very close to the tram stop that quickly takes you to the city center. Roberta was very easy-going, as well as super helpful in coordinating check-in and check-out times with me. I stayed only one night, but I would have liked to stay longer, and I hope to return in the future.

Roberta, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The structure is clean and well-kept and has everything you need, including an elevator, TV, and hairdryer. Furthermore, it is very well soundproofed by double windows. Well served by tram and buses that pass every few minutes to go to the city center (also reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes) and the airport. There's no option for breakfast, but there are many bars and pastry shops within a few meters. Overall, highly recommended.
