Kind host, clean rooms and easy to reach. I liked it. It would be nice to have access to some sandwiches or snacks. The coffee was good from the vending machine.

Cordialità, pulizia. Anche se la struttura non si trova proprio in centro città con il tram che passa in continuazione in 10 minuti lo si raggiunge. La fermata dista 3 minuti a piedi.

La residenza Marotta è veramente molto comoda per chi deve recarsi nelle strutture ospedaliere vicine. Le camere sono pulite, anche se un cambio di asciugamani ogni quattro giorni per me è un po' poco. Non è prevista la colazione. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni. Consigliata.

La scelta è stata azzeccata, nel nostro caso, perché vicina al luogo di interesse. Nel complesso la struttura è pulita, accogliente ed i gestori simpatici e disponibili nello spiegare come muoversi o dare altre informazioni. Non è al centro di della città ma le fermate per gli autobus sono a pochi passi. Il ristorantino nei pressi, consigliato dai gestori, ottimo! Capitando nuovamente a Firenze riandremo da loro. Senza dubbi.

Scelto per caso tra i tanti B&B di Firenze, scelta azzeccatissima. Pulizia, cortesia, e comodità assoluta per chi deve recarsi al Careggi. A pochi metri di distanza c'è la fermata dell'autobus che ti porta direttamente in centro e in stazione dei treni. La fermata dell'autobus ha lo stesso nome del B&B impossibile sbagliare la fermata! Se tornerò a Firenze sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo B&B.

Ottima la disponibilità del personale, camere pulite e dotate di confort. Struttura comoda per raggiungere la clinica e vicina a un locale per fare un'ottima colazione e/o pasti veloci. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Molto comodo per chi deve recarsi all'ospedale, ma anche per chi vuole andare in centro a Firenze, la fermata dell'autobus é a due passi. Ambiente pulito, gentili alla reception, peccato per la colazione che non è prevista e ci sono dei distributori.
