Kind host, clean rooms and easy to reach. I liked it. It would be nice to have access to some sandwiches or snacks. The coffee was good from the vending machine.

Friendliness, cleanliness. Although the property is not right in the city center, with the tram passing continuously, you can reach it in 10 minutes. The stop is a 3-minute walk away.

Residenza Marotta is very convenient for those who need to go to nearby hospital facilities. The rooms are clean, although a change of towels every four days is a bit too little for me. Breakfast is not included. The manager is very kind and helpful for information. Recommended.

The choice was spot on, in our case, because it was close to the place of interest. Overall, the structure is clean, welcoming, and the managers are friendly and helpful in explaining how to get around or provide other information. It's not in the city center but bus stops are a few steps away. The little restaurant nearby, recommended by the managers, is excellent! If we happen to be in Florence again, we will go back to them. Without a doubt.

Chosen by chance among the many B&Bs in Florence, a very successful choice. Cleanliness, courtesy, and absolute convenience for those who need to go to Careggi. A few meters away there is the bus stop that takes you directly to the city center and the train station. The bus stop has the same name as the B&B, impossible to get it wrong! If I return to Florence, I will definitely choose this B&B again.

Excellent staff availability, clean rooms equipped with comfort. Convenient location to reach the clinic and close to a place for a great breakfast and/or quick meals. Also excellent value for money.

Very convenient for those who need to go to the hospital, but also for those who want to go to the center of Florence, the bus stop is a stone's throw away. Clean environment, friendly at the reception, too bad for the missing breakfast and there are vending machines.
