We felt very comfortable. We were warmly and friendly welcomed and had a stylish, modern, and very clean room in the heart of Florence. You couldn't stay better for a city visit.\nSmall drawback: the room door is very thin and you can hear when other guests enter or leave their rooms. However, it should be mentioned that there are only four other rooms and it can probably only get noisy occasionally.
