We booked three rooms at this hotel, but although they were all priced the same they varied considerably in quality. Room 2 was small and did not have a window to fresh air. Room 6 was slightly bigger but had a very small window. Room 8 was the largest, with two large windows opening to the outside. The shower in room 6 had no hot water for the entire week. The shower in room 2 had a very awkward handle and head, which kept falling down. Both fridges in these rooms did not work. We expressed our concerns about the showers and fridges on the first day, but they were dismissed. During the week we requested a late check-out for one of the rooms from both male receptionists, as one of our guests is disabled and needed to rest, and they both kindly agreed. However, on check-out day the female receptionist rudely told us that this would not be possible but eventually agreed to allow us to leave at 11:00 instead of 10:30. This was very disappointing and did spoil our experience of Residenzia Florentia.

The hosts were good and quite helpful. The entrance to the building is cumbersome and requires receiving codes for the building and the floor, so arrive early. The double-bed rooms are cramped. The toilet bowl had an unpleasant odor. If you want to get more for less, plan to stay about 15-20 minutes from the city center.

The rooms are beautiful and nice. It would be better to clarify on the website that there is no breakfast, even though it's called a bed & breakfast. Apart from that, everything else is really good!

Good treatment in the hotel as well as in the place where we received breakfast, although they were far apart from each other. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels daily. Availability of water, coffee and tea all the time. Satisfied with the service. To improve, the shower key because it is not suitable for the size of the bathtub.

Pleasant welcome, fantastic location and value for money worthy of a 10 with honors. The only drawback, which I do not underestimate, is the noise at certain hours of the night and in the morning. In my opinion, for the common good, there should be a notice for all guests indicating the hours during which they should try to keep noise to a minimum. People come back at one in the morning slamming doors and go to take a shower (it sounded like they were showering inside my room). Or at six in the morning people go out slamming doors or chatting in the corridor. Other than that, highly recommended.

Recent, beautiful, clean, welcoming structure. The attention to the little things, which are not taken for granted and make a difference. Absolutely recommended the place and the managers. Very good.
