Simple but pleasant property. Nice entrance with a shared kitchen, a somewhat steep staircase and a very comfortable room, air-conditioned and well-equipped.

Quiet place, excellent soundproofing especially towards the outside. It's a shame about the lack of a complete closure of the shower area, which has inevitably resulted in water splashes on the floor. The parking could be improved.
