We had one of our most beautiful holidays here. Claire as a host was really great. Communication with her was top-notch, so very, very good; she was very kind and always helpful. The key handover went perfectly; the apartment was shown and explained to us in detail. The bathroom/shower was spacious and extremely clean like the rest of the apartment. The bedroom had air conditioning. The living/dining area (kitchen) had everything one needs. The kitchen equipment was very, very good and plentiful; there really was everything. On the covered terrace there was a large table with seating and additionally a small table with two comfortable chairs. In conclusion, one can say: everything was simply great. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed in the studio Il Granaio, equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, and it also includes a small terrace with a table and chairs. The apartment is spacious, clean and tastefully furnished, perfect for two people. The location is on a hill, among centuries-old trees, lemon trees, olive trees and oleanders, where you can relax or go for a walk, enjoying the peace. The price is reasonable. Claire is very kind, available for any need but discreet. We definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay! We spent three fantastic days in this beautiful Bed & Breakfast and couldn't have asked for more. The owner, Claire, was discreet but attentive and very kind. The rooms are cared for down to the smallest detail, very clean and furnished with great taste. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities for complete relaxation. The property is located in a quiet area but just a few steps from the center. Three days of pure relaxation and pampering. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

The room is really spacious, clean, and quiet in a structure near the center of the village and strategically located to comfortably reach all the most beautiful destinations on the Etruscan coast. Claire welcomes you with kindness and is very attentive to the guests' needs; we really appreciated the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast independently (nothing is really missing!). For those who get warm, there is air conditioning provided, but the room is cool. Highly recommended!

We have been coming back for four years and we have been very happy! Claire, besides being professional, is really friendly. The place is magnificent and immersed in the total tranquility of Tuscany. Highly recommended, if I could give more stars, I would! ❤️.

Beautiful rustic complex one and a half kilometers from the beaches of San Vincenzo. We come here often and the last time we stayed at the Granaio, a stunning rustic studio with a lovely terrace overlooking the hill opposite: the aperitifs at sunset and the dinner accompanied by the singing of the crickets and the sound of the leaves of the trees are one of the reasons why we will return.

I will gladly return. I spent wonderful days in a beautiful place where you can completely relax. Claire is always attentive to make everyone feel at ease. Highly recommended.

Stay from July 20 to 27, 2024. We discovered Podere by chance on the Internet and since then we return every time our commitments allow it. The apartments of different sizes are all functional and tastefully furnished. From Podere, you can easily reach the sea or visit the medieval villages in the surroundings. The owners are always very kind, ready to give advice and respond to every request. It is undoubtedly a place to recommend.

It is impossible to explain how one feels, you have to experience it! I went to the Podere with my 9-year-old daughter, a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Clean room, self-service breakfast, but everything was really available... a piece of paradise. I recommend it to anyone who, like us, wants to dive into the greenery of Tuscany and explore what the area has to offer nearby.
