Breakfast is self catering: this means that you will find everything you need in the room to prepare it in full autonomy and then decide to have it in the room, in our terrace or in the garden. You will find ham, salami and cheese as well as classic sweet products (bread, dessert, butter, milk, jams and spread chocolate, sweet and wholegrain croissants, white and wholemeal biscuit slices, corn flakes, muesli with fruit, yogurt, fruit juices and water). You can also make coffee, hot chocolate, tea and infusions.

Great property with an excellent location and very welcoming and helpful hosts. The only issue might be the lack of air conditioning, but it was not a problem when we visited with an outside temperature in the mid-80s Fahrenheit.

Really nice place within 15 minutes or less walk into town. Room was very clean and had a mini bar with free items to drink and eat as no breakfast is served. If you want a large breakfast, then this isn't the place for you, but if you are Ok with a continental breakfast then you will be fine. Parking is free and just in front of the property as they only have 3 rooms. Certainly I would stay there again and the owner speaks English and knows some of the good places to eat and go if needed.

Warm and efficient welcome, even though we arrived much earlier than expected. Charming room #3 perfect for two adults. Breakfast with various options that can be enjoyed in the room or on the terrace independently. Within walking distance of the historic center and all the restaurants, bakeries, and shops. However, on the way back, there is a steep hill to climb (no problem if you are moderately active). We had planned only one night but we would have stayed longer!

Beautiful structure just a few hundred meters from the center of Greve, in an optimal position to visit the Chianti hills and the Val d'Orcia. However, Florence is 20 km away. The breakfast in the room allows for freedom of timing. Savory is fine, it wouldn't hurt to also have the fresh sweet part available.

This B&B looks good, the furniture is a bit dated and the bathroom did not have a bidet. The cleanliness is exceptional, I have rarely found such a clean establishment. In the confirmation email, you find a request for room cleaning of €40 to be added to the room price, and since we stayed only one night it seemed excessive to me, but given the standards it can be acceptable. The managers are very kind and present but not intrusive. Independent breakfast, you find all the ingredients but it is anonymous. Location at the top of a steep hill but close to the small center. Very comfortable bed.

We stayed five nights at this property and it was a great experience, which I hope to repeat in the future. Sabrina and Gabriele were very kind and professional. The little apartment was comfortable and overall very clean, well furnished. We also had the opportunity to have breakfast outdoors, on a terrace immersed in tranquility and with a very suggestive view. It is possible to reach the center of Greve on foot in a few minutes. Free parking. Highly recommended!

Very kind owners, very spacious and especially clean room. Perhaps the bathroom is a bit small but nothing is missing. Good location near the center and very quiet area, with no noise for a good rest. Excellent breakfast consumed in the room with the possibility of going to the little garden, but for us it was not possible because the weather did not allow it.

Very cozy and tastefully furnished room. Accurate cleaning. Owners attentive to our needs and very helpful. Quiet location slightly off the center of Greve (reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes). Private parking space. Highly recommended. As for breakfast, I gave a score only sufficient because, being the management and consumption of it self-service (everything needed is already in the room), despite the variety of products available, the provisions are all packaged.
