Charming and cozy apartment. Booking and contact with the host went very smoothly. The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood. The restaurants around the corner were very good. A supermarket was nearby. We were very happy with the air conditioning, as it was very hot in the city. The only downside was the small terrace: just enough room for one chair. On the other hand, there was the added convenience of a washing machine (on the terrace).

We very much enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance of most sights (about 20 minutes) and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Francesco is very responsive to any inquiries. Definitely recommend this property!

Francesco is very quick to reply and easy to deal with. The flat itself is very comfortable and cozy. The bed is clean and it is quiet - the two things I look out for the most. We actually booked this apartment now several times and also recommend it to our friends that travel to Florence. It is not in the touristic center so you get awesome restaurants for good prices and at the same time it's still not far from the attractions. For us it was perfect and we would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. I just want to comment that they could do a review of the kitchen utensils as there may be tenants who do not leave them completely clean. We found some such as the oven plate, some glasses, etc. that the cleaning could be improved.

Super super cozy apartment, fully equipped in a very Florentine area, close to the center but very quiet. We have been living here for 3 months and everything has been great. The host is very willing to help. 5 stars!

Perfect apartment for location (in the center and close to all the major points of interest), for cleanliness and for the host's availability. The area is quiet and peaceful, the house welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.

I stayed from August 13th to 17th with my husband and two children and I will definitely have no doubts about returning. Clean house and equipped with every comfort. In the kitchen, I found everything I could need (like being at home). The house is in a strategic position and the car is not needed in any case. In 10 minutes on foot, you reach the center (Ponte Vecchio), near the house there is a minimarket and the bus stop (10 minutes by bus and you reach Piazzale Michelangelo and the Abbey of San Miniato al Monte). Borgo San Frediano was also a surprise, it is still a neighborhood not only touristy but also to visit: there are churches outside the usual tourist routes. Definitely to return to Florence, without a doubt in this house.
