Very well organized property, just a short walk from the center of Porto Ercole. Very spacious room with a spectacular bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Varied and plentiful breakfast with gluten-free options. Unexpected garden on the second floor. Marina, the host, is the cornerstone of this little hidden treasure. Recommendations on restaurants and places to visit for all tastes. It's hard not to come back. Monte Argentario to discover and rediscover.

Everything truly excellent. Location, room, bathroom and cleanliness top notch. Breakfast excellent and very varied. But what exceeds all expectations is the kindness of the owner Marina. The welcome, professionalism and courtesy toward her guests showed us how to best spend the day in the area. Highly recommended.

Marina is a very helpful, friendly and kind host. We really felt comfortable in the property, which was perfect and clean. Breakfast was excellent (superb cakes made by Marina), and the furnishings and amenities were of a high standard. New and very clean property. Breakfast excellent and attentive to detail, especially for those with food intolerances. Marina is very friendly and willing to give us advice on beaches to visit and restaurants to eat at. Every morning at breakfast it was very pleasant to have a chat with her. We chose this B&B because it offers gluten-free breakfasts and we were really satisfied. The location is excellent and the room was tidy and well furnished. But what made the stay special was the host's hospitality: always helpful, attentive to our allergies and ready to give us valuable tips for visiting the area. We also had the pleasure of chatting with her, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The stay at Marina House was excellent. The central location makes it easy to reach shops, bars and restaurants in Porto Ercole on foot. The nearby car park (free for guests of the property) and the shuttle service to the beaches make it easy to get around. The rooms are delightful, furnished with extreme care and attention to detail: fresh colors that recall marine tones, high-quality furnishings and fabrics that give a refined touch. All the comforts necessary for a relaxing, worry-free stay are provided (safe, minibar, kettle, professional hairdryer, drying rack, television). Breakfast is varied, abundant and of excellent quality, with cakes and pastries prepared every day by the skilled hands of the owner, Mrs. Marina, who is the true added value of the property: high professionalism combined with friendliness, kindness, availability, attention to detail and to the needs of each guest. Staying at Marina House is truly pleasant: you feel at home, pampered and cared for. I recommend staying at this property, confident it will not disappoint any expectations. I hope to return soon for another "perfect holiday". I thank Marina also for all the tips and suggestions (perfect and very useful) she provided me regarding the area, which allowed me to explore the Argentario to the fullest on my first visit. We had a great time (two adults and two children). The property was completely renovated in 2020, it is beautiful (well-furnished rooms, outdoor garden for breakfast), clean. It is located in the ZTL, very close to the center, the manager guarantees access to the ZTL if you provide the license plate in advance. For breakfast, Marina prepares homemade sweets, she has always been kind and ready to give us advice. Highly recommended!

Breakfast on the terrace even for those with different needs, gluten-free and lactose-free sweets. Proximity to the most beautiful and natural beaches, all within a short distance and free parking available.
