Highway noise a bit annoying (need to close the windows even if it's hot). But a 20-minute walk from the center and the train station, great! Owner available to explain what to see in the area.

The owner is very kind, the location is really convenient.

We felt very good, the structure is in the middle of greenery and that was exactly what we needed to unwind after the course days we attended in Lucca that weekend. Paola was really very hospitable, nice, and welcoming to us and we felt at home. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for the beautiful meeting and for hosting us with love in her B&B.

Very welcoming and close to the walls of Lucca, perfect for those who want a quiet bed and breakfast without streets or nighttime noises.

We stayed at this property during the Lucca Living Summer Festival and we really enjoyed it. It is located in a convenient position to reach by car, has an internal parking where you can leave the car and then reach the center on foot. Although it is slightly outside, the center can be reached in a quarter of an hour or 20 minutes on foot. The room was very nice and very clean. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend the property for the value for money. We will definitely come back.

Well-kept and clean property. Good location for reaching the city center on foot. It's about a kilometer away. The relationship between the guest and the property owner is excellent. The lady is always present and helpful. You can see that she cares about what she does and does it with extreme honesty and hospitality.

I stayed just one night at Lucca Living but I would have gladly spent many more days in this beautiful farmhouse immersed in nature and close to the ancient aqueduct Nottolini. The structure is enchanting and being located in an area adjacent to the center makes you breathe a holiday atmosphere and above all immerse yourself immediately in a very relaxing atmosphere. Beautifully furnished room with antique furniture and a window that opens onto the garden. I took a wonderful sunset walk along the aqueduct stretch and it was a truly very suggestive experience. Paola, the host, is a very welcoming, sweet, nice and very caring person, she made me feel like I was a family member. Beautiful to wake up in the morning and have breakfast with her in her garden. I will definitely choose to stay in this beautiful structure in the future. I highly recommend it.

Very kind staff and the property is in a very convenient location. It is definitely worth staying there.

A family (mother and daughter) really welcoming and very kind. I would recommend it to anyone in Lucca for shorter or longer periods (even the check-in time is very flexible).

Recommended for those who want to stay in tranquility and a few steps from the center. Comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast in the garden with brioches, cakes, biscuits, and many delicious things. The owner is nice and welcoming.

We only stopped for one night on the way but it was very pleasant to find a corner of home on the outskirts of Lucca. Mrs. Paola was very kind in welcoming us in the evening and providing us with all the useful information. Nice chats, thank you for everything.

Super nice bed and breakfast in a central location. The host was super kind and very flexible. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had a nice shower. The breakfast was really Italian, so quite simple, but good for us.
