I liked it because it was close to the hospital where I had a meeting.

Very small bathroom. After showering the whole bathroom becomes wet. There is no power outlet in the bathroom, so using a hairdryer is challenging. Check-in and check-out were difficult because there is no regular reception. You have to look for people from the clinic, but you are not allowed to enter it. Payment was almost forgotten. I assumed it would be charged through the website. That was not the case. It was not mentioned that we had to pay on departure. The location was mediocre. The tram is about a 15-minute walk, and it takes a while to get into town.

The property is very convenient for reaching Careggi Hospital. The room was very clean. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, nice and firm as we like them. Breakfast consisted of packaged products but was plentiful, not bad. The staff were friendly.

Excellent property, in a quiet location, very close to the Meyer hospital, welcoming and clean room. The parking is very convenient. Excellent value for money.

Excellent location for those needing to reach the city's main hospital and university complexes (Careggi and Mayer). Welcoming property equipped with all comforts. Large internal parking. Hosts are helpful and professional. Reasonable prices.

We liked the property because it is a short walk from Meyer Hospital. We booked it for the visit there.

Kindness, availability, and excellent services for a small B&B. To be recommended to acquaintances.

Lenny and I were more than happy goodbye.

For us, Meyer was the priority. This B&B is a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night with the family, three people. Clean room, renovated a few years ago. Everything was ok. Shower a bit too small but not a big problem. Air conditioning. Breakfast a bit basic but provided and they also arranged for gluten-free options upon request. I recommend it. Convenient free parking.

To reach it, you need a car, otherwise there's a nice uphill walk (quite tiring).

The structure is definitely very beautiful, well-maintained and spotless, immersed in a lovely garden carefully tended. The room was cozy, equipped with all the necessary comforts and well air-conditioned, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. A big plus is the location: very convenient for those needing to go to the Meyer Hospital, reachable in a few minutes. The only negative aspect, unfortunately, was the bathroom: really too small to be functional. The sink was so small that it made it difficult to wash your face without wetting the floor, there was no bidet, and the shower – devoid of a base – was separated from the toilet, which was very close, only by a curtain. The space was so limited that it was not even possible to change comfortably inside it.

Very family-friendly and welcoming with a strategic location for our needs.

Perfect location for us as we needed to reach the Meyer at a reasonable price. Comfortable and clean room. The breakfast consisted only of 2 coffee pods and 3 or 4 snacks, but we didn't need it since we left early in the morning. I definitely recommend it for those who need to reach the Meyer!

The structure is located near the hospitals CTO, Careggi and Meyer, immersed in greenery and with reserved parking. The breakfast should be revised a little by increasing the quantities, otherwise recommended.

We stayed at this B&B for one night since we had to go to Meyer and we felt very good. The next morning we walked to Meyer. The proximity to the hospital is excellent, we chose it for this! The place is nice and welcoming.

Very well-kept and clean place. Courtesy and availability. Close to the tram stop. The breakfast is very well prepared and equipped with all the comforts. I highly recommend it. If I return to Florence, it will be the first bed and breakfast I will look for availability.

The structure is really convenient for those who, like us, needed to go to the Meyer pediatric hospital. Comfortable and clean room, small but comfortable bathroom. The staff at the reception is really kind and helpful. The only downside is the breakfast, which is a bit lacking, although it is specified that there are only packaged products, especially in the days following the first. Beyond this, we have been here in the past and returned because the quality/courtesy/price ratio is really excellent.

Clean structure, not central but 20 minutes on foot from the tram terminus that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. Equipped with internal parking.

Perhaps it is necessary to clarify that public transportation is somewhat lacking in the specific area.

The B&B is very nice, small but welcoming. A bit noisy. The breakfast is somewhat lacking, but they provide the opportunity to prepare food with a small kitchenette. The quality-price ratio is very good.

Excellent accommodation in its simplicity. A truly quiet place just a stone's throw from Meyer. Definitely recommended for those who need to stay for examinations or medical treatments, but it is also very convenient for visiting Florence. Absolutely recommended.

Comfortable room, great location if you have to go to the hospital, in any case excellently served by public transport and, on request, by taxis. Excellent shared kitchen, comfortable and convenient. The best part of the property, although not accessible, is the presence of the nursing home inside the well-kept garden. It was very hot but I would integrate the visit to the elderly staying in the facility. Some chat with the guests would benefit both, the former would break the routine and the latter would give themselves some stories, anecdotes, or just a chat... with those who feel like it. My grandma always had one. I would gladly have a chat. If I had to go back to Florence for visits, I would return 100% to this property.

The structure is a bit far from the center, about 1 km from the Careggi tram stop, very convenient for those who need to reach the hospital or if you have your own means of transport, a bit less so if you are on foot. Competitive price for what you find in Florence.

Structure close to the hospital but also suitable for quick tourism. Relatively close (20 minutes on foot) to the tram stop for the center of Florence S. Maria Novella (15-20 minutes). Very convenient!

I have been here for a training course at the Meyer hospital which is very close, just a few minutes on foot. Small bathroom but suitable for a short stay. I will come back if the opportunity arises again.

Simple structure (everything necessary such as hairdryer, towels, and shower gel dispenser is provided) but clean and very convenient if you want to reach the Meyer hospital. Simple breakfast. Very reasonable prices.

Great for those who need to go to Meyer, but also to visit Florence. Quiet place and super friendly staff. Recommended.

We stayed two nights at this property. The location is excellent, about 15 minutes to the city center. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate our requests. Surrounded by greenery. It would have been more convenient to have more breakfast options. The only negative aspect is the soundproofing of the rooms: unfortunately, the other people sleeping in the adjacent rooms made a lot of noise always around 6.30 - 7 in the morning. Not ideal for those on vacation (this obviously has nothing to do with the property, but I wanted to specify it regarding people's manners). People preparing breakfast always at 6.30 in the morning banging pots, glasses, forks, etc. That being said, we were still satisfied with our stay and will definitely return.

Good structure, the same cannot be said about breakfast and especially the bathroom: the sink is very small, and the toilet cannot be in the same square meter as the shower.

Excellent value for money.

Excellent facility, convenient location for the center. For those who use the car, it is really very convenient. Tram just 10/15 minutes away from the facility that takes you to the center in just 10 minutes. I will definitely come back.

Great structure. Impeccable friendliness and availability. Clean and comfortable environment. Booked because it's close to Meyer Hospital, which I could reach on foot in just a few minutes.

I stayed two nights at L'Orangerie di Chase as my son was hospitalized at Meyer. Excellent facility, I will definitely return for the next check-up visits for the boy. Congratulations for everything.

A structure immersed in the silence of a large garden, with 4 recently built rooms, spacious, simple but essential furnishings. Bathroom with a large shower. Very efficient heat pump heating. Very comfortable beds. Kettle with sufficient availability of items for self-service breakfast. Large and free parking. 5 minutes by car from H Careggi. Everything as described. I will definitely come back.

We stayed two nights for a visit to my wife at Careggi, and we stayed here. We had a great time, excellent quiet place, internal parking for the car, kind and caring staff. The owners were very kind to us and we will definitely return... I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for money, perfect location for Careggi and Meyer hospitals which are within walking distance, but also good for tourists using public transport. Kindness, availability, discretion.

Very nice and intimate room, but I recommend more attention to cleanliness (foul-smelling and dirty kettle, as well as some kitchen cabinets) and the breakfast was very poor and disappointing.

Everything is fine, if the bathroom were slightly larger it would be better.

Excellent for cleanliness and for the friendliness of the staff who welcomed us. The room is very spacious. Also great for the location, close to the Meyer pediatric hospital, the center is easily reachable by public transport, you can get there in 15 minutes. The breakfast is plentiful. Everything is fantastic, cleanliness, location, and management availability.

We recently stayed with our son because we needed to go to the Meyer clinic. Apart from the convenient location, very convenient to the clinic, we found ourselves very well both with the staff who welcomed us and with the environment. The room is spacious and very clean, bathroom included, also the breakfast abundant and perfect. We will definitely come back to spend a few relaxing days.

We stayed in two rooms with private bathrooms. Perfect for the location (just a few kilometers from the center and close to all major points of interest), for the cleanliness and for the availability of the manager always attentive to satisfy any request. On Sunday 19th June we ran out of coffee pods and a staff member passing by immediately took care to get them for us. The area is quiet and peaceful, the room is cozy and equipped with everything you need. If we have to find something negative, I would say the bathroom sink is small. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied, very spacious room and equipped with all the comforts, clean and tidy. Large FREE parking. The B&B is very convenient for those like me and my wife who needed to go to Mayer (easily reachable on foot 200m). Very affordable prices. Highly recommended.

Great structure for those, like us, who need to go to the hospital because it is very close. I would remove the old 'upholstered armchairs' from the room and the 'mop' at the entrance. For the rest, the room and the bathroom I found them quite clean. The owner, a good person, very sweet.

Strategic location to reach the nearby Meyer and Careggi hospitals, but I find it very pleasant and practical for tourism; excellent private parking. Precise and punctual organization even for those with somewhat particular schedules, perfectly managed structure; only thing the bathroom is a bit small but because we with a newborn baby maybe had a special need, it would have been fine just for us. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Location and position are the strengths, excellent renovation.

Quiet place, orderly, suitable for overnight stay in a pleasant setting.

Ideal location to access the entire Careggi and Mayer hospital area. The rooms are very cozy and clean, good breakfast. There is also a common sitting room with an attached kitchen if needed. Convenient parking as well.

The structure is well maintained, the area is quiet.

Great Bed and Breakfast very close to Mayer, but if desired, it can be used as a base to visit Florence because it's comfortable, quiet, all new with parking. I recommend it.
