The owners are very friendly, kind, and helpful. Everything was clean and perfect. We had the room on the first floor with a balcony. Beautiful. While we were waiting, they showed us an empty room on the upper floor. Beautiful.

Posizione perfetta, si può lasciare la macchina sulla via del B&B e si hanno a disposizione le bici per raggiungere il lungo mare (circa 10 minuti a piedi). Camere pulite e con tutto l'esseziale: macchina caffè, ventilatore, frigo, asciugacapelli... Diego molto cordiale e disponibile.

The structure is located about 500 meters from the sea. The host is very kind and gave us numerous tips to enhance our stay. The room was very clean and carefully furnished, quiet. Of considerable importance, the structure offers free bicycles for adults and children! Excellent value for money.

We stayed one night at this bed & breakfast, very kind and helpful manager, spacious and clean room, recently renovated structure. Excellent opportunity to use the bicycles provided which allow easy movement. I note the absence of air conditioning, although we did not need it. I hope to return if necessary and possible.

We booked 2 rooms (quadruple + single) and both were clean and equipped with a coffee machine (with pods and biscuits), mini fridge, water, and bathroom products (soap, shower gel, etc). It was very useful to be able to use the bikes made available to all guests. Super friendly and helpful staff.

I chose this accommodation because it offered me a single room at a fair price and gave me the possibility of not paying any deposit for the reservation and choosing not to have breakfast, instead offering a coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room, that is, total freedom of schedules. Nothing to envy from a 3-star hotel, including the free use of a bicycle. Better than this. Highly recommended. The owner is a very kind and helpful person. Rating 10 for everything.

Good structure, small but with everything you need, as if you were at home. The free bike service is very useful. It is located 500 m from the sea in a very quiet area. The staff is very kind. Good breakfast.

Quiet place but close to the center and the beach. Greenery, cleanliness, adequate spaces. Kindness and availability more than rare. Only flaw the lack of air conditioning in the room where I stayed.\n\nDefinitely a place to consider for short stays. Suitable for young people and couples.

The owner was courteous and helpful, free bicycles, quiet and private place. It's also good for those who want to go to Viareggio. The environment is a bit dated, but clean and spacious, we (family of 4, including two small children) felt like we were in a two-room apartment with all the amenities, I would gladly return!

The option to use bicycles for getting around was very useful. We also liked the self-managed breakfast in our room. Suitable for everyone.
