The structure is located 10 minutes on foot from the station. The city center is easily reachable on foot. The rooms are clean and well distributed. The owner is kind and always available.

A guarantee. We stayed at this B&B my wife and I from 24 to 27 April last. The structure is located near the train station (10 minutes) and the center (15 minutes), so in a very convenient position. The environments are new and clean. The breakfast is decent. The manager is very cordial, very kind and precise in providing useful information for the stay. If we were to return to Florence, we will definitely remember this B&B.

Great location, less than 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Kind and welcoming hosts, nice idea of self-service breakfast in the room. We also had a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard... pleasant and quiet, new bathroom.

Courteous and helpful managers, spacious and clean rooms, close to the station and city center. Not suitable for people with motor difficulties as it is on the third floor without an elevator. Breakfast, probably due to the coronavirus, is pre-packaged (Nescaffè and snacks).

I stayed for two days with my son to visit Florence, especially the most important artistic places. This structure, close to the station and not far from the center, allowed us to easily reach the most interesting places even on foot. Very nice structure, simple in decor but well equipped, good cleanliness, new bathroom. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing us with excellent directions for our visits as well as for lunch and dinner. Excellent breakfast. Excellent quality/price.

This B&B is truly fantastic. Nothing is missing, it is brand new, well maintained, clean, and the managers are really friendly, cordial, and helpful.\n\nI would recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in Florence as it is very close to Santa Maria Novella station (and despite the proximity, it is very quiet) and is in a strategic location that allows you to reach any place of interest without too much effort.\n\nThe area where it is located is quiet and peaceful, the rooms are of the right size (neither too small nor immense) and are really clean and warm. As soon as we arrived, a clean scent invaded us! The breakfast is classic Italian and complete with everything (croissants, cookies, plumcake, jams, Nutella, toast, juices, coffee, cereals).\n\nAn excellent accommodation.\nNothing to say, I would have stayed for another thousand days.\nCongratulations to the guys who manage it.
