La Villa Marsiliana is in a strategic position for those who want to go to the sea or visit the surroundings. Very clean, change of linen every 2 days. Nice room with a view. Breakfast could be improved with a bit of savory. Too many sweets, for my tastes.

We stayed for 3 nights at this B&B, quiet location with a lovely terrace for outdoor breakfasts, clean room, excellent breakfast and delicious homemade pastries by Mrs. Patrizia. Thanks for the friendliness and greetings to the 4-legged friends Zoe and Luna.

I really liked the structure, clean, tidy, quiet, a beautiful garden and well-kept vegetable garden, immersed in the Tuscan countryside even though part of a village. Particularly welcoming: I felt at home, especially we chose it because we had with us our little puppy Anya, also because Mrs. Patrizia, the owner, loves animals. Many delicious breakfast preparations (plentiful and varied) are homemade by the lady who with great creativity knows how to satisfy every taste. I would gladly return also to greet Zoe, Luna, and Macchia.

I had a great time. The structure is located on a hill in silence and coolness, not far from restaurants and a supermarket. The owner is a very kind woman who knows how to take care of her clients. I recommend it!

Mrs. Patrizia was not very polite with us. First of all, when we arrived and were taken to the room, it was very cold. We asked to turn on the radiators and Mrs. Patrizia, in a sarcastic tone, told us she wouldn't turn them on because in the adjacent apartment where she lives, she has a pellet stove. The room was full of humidity. The room price was 62€, even though the reservation was made over the phone and not through online agencies. The breakfast was not great and not plentiful. The dog, as much as I love dogs and I must say I have 6 of them, as cute as it could be, was jumping on us and entering the kitchen approaching the table where customers were having breakfast. The water for the shower was cold. Mrs. Patrizia, besides not seeming very friendly to me, I believe treated customers differently. She was not so helpful; I think she assumed, based on the phone reservation, that I would not give a positive review. It is not close to the Saturnia thermal baths, it's a 40-minute drive. In conclusion, we had to wait to get the change because only cash payments are accepted. It's a shame that she had to drive somewhere to get change. I don't think I'll ever go back!

Buongiorno, direi che stando al suo giudizio non sono partita benissimo, per questo me ne rammarico, perché sono consapevole di quanto sia importante il giudizio di un ospite (ma sinceramente non me ne scuso), perché non credo di essere stata scortese nei suoi riguardi. Partirei già dalla prenotazione: mi è stato chiesto uno sconto che non ho accordato e a mio avviso una volta sul posto ha fatto di tutto perché ciò avvenisse. Ha chiesto di accendere i termosifoni, e non potendola accontentare le ho prontamente fornito una stufa elettrica che lei ha usato, lasciandola accesa anche una volta liberata la stanza (oserei dire di proposito). Le ricordo che siamo a fine Aprile. Reclama umidità nella Camera, ma io sono più che certa che nelle mie camere non c'è assolutamente umidità. La doccia non mi risulta sia fredda (nessuno ha reclamato). Di solito ricevo complimenti per la colazione genuina e abbondante. Per quanto riguarda il cane, è vero che è vivace, ma lo avete invitato a giocare in giardino e mi avete chiesto se potevate darle un biscotto. Per il fatto che non sia vicinissima alle Terme, io do indicazioni precise all'ospite che mi contatta riferendo anche i km, 30 per l'esattezza. Infine se ho avuto difficoltà a farle il resto, non credo sia poi cosa così grave, sono scesa al forno sotto casa per avere moneta. Comunque tornando a noi (mi sembra di aver scritto un romanzo, ma volevo essere precisa su ogni punto) mi spiace moltissimo di essere recensita come pessima, ma onestamente non mi rimprovero nulla, credo sarebbe stato più giusto, elencare tutte queste negatività prima di tutto a me personalmente, poi giustamente anche nella recensione; questo la dice lunga, in virtù dello sconto che non ha ottenuto. Comunque farò tesoro delle sue critiche, se non altro per migliorare dove ho carenze. Spero non sia vero che conservi un ricordo così negativo. Colgo l'occasione per augurare buona giornata. Very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Convenient location: by car it's about 20/30 minutes from Orbetello. The owner is helpful and kind. Comfortable room and beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast. Very convenient accommodation also due to the presence of a very good tavern just 300 meters away and a supermarket. Highly recommended!

What can I say about a practically perfect week. The harmony, courtesy, and tireless passion for her work by the homeowner, Patrizia, frame this splendid guesthouse immersed in the Maremma Tuscany, but strategically located to visit the beautiful coves of Argentario and the equally fascinating places that this land offers, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Capalbio with its Tarot Garden first and foremost (all within a fifteen-minute drive). The very spacious rooms equipped with every comfort, excellent cleanliness, and a rich breakfast of genuine sweets to lick your lips. The villa garden, cared for in every small detail, offers a panorama with a sunset to capture. In addition to the kindness, courtesy, and disarming charm of Patrizia and the people close to her, a special mention goes to 6-month-old Labrador puppy Zoe, a force of nature. Absolutely recommended for a short or long stay because it feels like being at home but immersed in the most total relaxation and peace.

My partner and I returned to La Villa Marsiliana after six years and everything was great just like back then. The rooms and common areas are very clean and well-kept, the owner is helpful and kind, and the breakfast is plentiful with homemade cakes or sweets every day. Suitable for animal lovers.

Positive the fact that nearby the property there is a minimarket, a norcineria, and an excellent trattoria (restaurant-trattoria Amica di Pifferi Antonello) run by a family where you eat very well at a fair price.

Beautiful, new structure, clean, in a panoramic and strategic position. A few meters away there are: - a supermarket - a butcher shop that also serves delicious homemade ice cream - a trattoria where you eat very well and at the right price - a pizzeria and a bar. A park with benches and tables also offers the possibility of picnics. From the B&B you can quickly reach Argentario and in a couple of hours you can even get to Rome. Mrs. Patrizia is a lovely, sociable and cheerful person, she loves animals and is very helpful. I not only recommend it, but I will also return during the week of Ferragosto.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this B&B for only one night, but it was enough for us to appreciate the great hospitality of Mrs. Patrizia, the sweetness of Zara, her Labrador, and also the beautiful structure, all new, with large and clean rooms, surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden. The location is not very central, but it depends a lot on each person's points of interest. We wanted to visit the Tarot Garden, which is located near Capalbio, and we reached it in about 15 minutes, just like the delightful Capalbio. The sea is quite close, both Ansedonia, the Torba beach, and the famous Feniglia beach near the Argentario promontory. We highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and especially impeccable hospitality and service.
