Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the center and 2 minutes from an affordable parking lot. The hostess is kind and knowledgeable about the treasures of Arezzo. Cleanliness and comfort of the room and the large windowed bathroom. Abundant breakfast.

Very kind and helpful for any need the managers. Excellent cleanliness and an optimal location for both the city center and hospital needs as it is close to the San Donato hospital 10 minutes walk. We will definitely return.

The bed and breakfast is located in a very convenient position to reach the center of Arezzo on foot. It is located inside a condominium, but despite this, we found tranquility and silence at all hours. Spacious and very clean room, equipped with all the amenities (hairdryer, towels, shower gel, shampoo, kettle for hot water). The friendly and smiling owners were very kind and helpful in indicating the nearest parking lot to leave the car, but also and above all in accommodating special requests for breakfast. What can I say: truly a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

B&B a pochi passi dal centro (5 minuti a piedi) in una posizione tranquilla, senza traffico automobilistico, quindi stanza silenziosa, pulita con tv e frigo, bagno molto grande e dotato di tutto il necessario phone compreso. Colazione abbondante, i proprietari fanno parte di quella "brava gente" che oggi giorno è difficile incontrare.

Meravigliosa e gentilissima accoglienza camera molto pulita le lenzuola sapevano di fresco, bagno pulitissimo, stanza molto grande come anche il bagno grande, colazione molto abbondante di più di quello che era stato richiesto. Ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso. L'unico neo la televisione troppo piccina per la distanza dal letto.

Struttura pulita ed accogliente e la gestrice, molto cordiale, ci ha fornito notizie utili sulla città e i dintorni; vicina al centro, in 10 minuti si arriva alla stazione ed alle vie storiche della città. Comodo il parcheggio che si trova a qualche minuto di distanza.

Ho alloggiato per lavoro. Vicinissima per stazione. Splendida accoglienza, gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza confortevole, calda e pulitissima. Buona la colazione. Vivamente consigliato, ci ritornerò sicuramente anche con la mia famiglia.

Posizione vicinissima al centro, ma anche alla stazione; parcheggio davanti alla struttura riservato a residenti e lavoratori della questura, pertanto non utilizzabile. Stanza pulita e accogliente, gestori cortesi.
