Nice place. It's extremely clean. The location is fine. It is located on a busy road. We slept at the back and were not bothered by cars, but by the rooster that started making noise from 4.00 am. Also, the view of the garden is not very nice. The breakfast is good, but not very special. The bed slept very well and it was spotlessly clean.

Lovingly furnished, clean and well-maintained rooms.

This Bed and Breakfast has a particularly warm charm thanks to the couple of operators. You feel comfortable, like at home, and are always and at all times kindly served. The rooms are very clean and lovingly furnished in a special way.

Excellent accommodation; the owner was kind and helpful. Great as a starting point for bicycle tours.

We stayed one night for an opera in Torre del Lago. The property is very close and therefore very convenient for getting to the theater. The B&B is located on the Aurelia road, but our room overlooked the garden and was therefore very quiet. It had a nice balcony with a view of the Apuan Alps. The room was spotless and furnished with real taste. Breakfast was satisfactory. The B&B also has very convenient private parking and a kitchen, so, if desired, you can have dinner on site. The owners are very friendly. It was really a pleasant surprise.

We found ourselves in an overbooking situation. Despite this, Andrea and his family were very kind and found an alternative solution that allowed us to enjoy our stay to the fullest. We took advantage of the opportunity to dine on-site, and our dinner was epic: delicious pizza, spectacular steak, and local wines highly recommended by the knowledgeable Andrea. The breakfast is rich, abundant, and everything is prepared by them. The extreme availability of the staff and the strategic location to enjoy both the Versilia coast and the very nearby Lucca and Pisa make this place perfect for an unforgettable Tuscan stay. I hope to return soon.

Andrea, his wife, and son are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful people! They took great care of us and even welcomed our dog with love, they even cooked food for our little dog, so to speak (40 kg!). The accommodation is very functional and tastefully furnished, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort, the air conditioning is excellent, bathroom and shower are perfect! The exquisite cuisine must be tried absolutely! We felt truly well and almost like family! Thank you very much!

Comfortable and quiet structure to access by car both the beaches and the lake, with a useful and convenient private parking. Andrea, the owner, very kind and easy to befriend, provided us with many useful tips to explore the area.

We really liked the property overall. We brought our dog with us and he had a great time. So much so that at check-out, instead of going to the car, he pulled to go back to the room. Andrea is a great host and offered us a great breakfast. We will gladly return.

Kindness, hospitality, and availability characterize the staff and the property. Clean, spacious, and well-renovated rooms. Optimal location between lake, sea, and art city, points for improvement the breakfast with essential buffet. I highly recommend it.

We spent one night at the B&B and we had a good time (I was traveling with family). The room was clean and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast was decent, neither good nor bad. Very appreciable the courtesy of the managers, really nice. I rated poorly the location of the structure because we were at the sea, about 10 minutes by car, and I have no idea how long it takes to reach the center. Certainly on foot in about 15 minutes you can reach the lake, theater, and Puccini's villa. Maybe a bit expensive for just one night, however, I will gladly return when the opportunity arises!

New structure, quiet area, very convenient for those arriving by car as it is close to the ring road to move from one place to another without city traffic. Services around. Very helpful and kind managers. No disturbance during the stay, the only thing is that for those with light sleep, an occasional high-speed train passes by at night from the track a certain number of meters from the B&B.

Very happy with the choice, both the structure and the services were truly excellent. Cleanliness, courtesy, quality, excellent and abundant breakfasts! A big hug to Andrea and all the Staff who pampered us from the very first moment, throughout the duration of our stay! Definitely an experience to repeat! Claudio and Francesca.

Recently renovated B&B, very convenient for enjoying the Opera Festival. Well-designed, quiet rooms with air conditioning.

Cozy room, abundant and tasty breakfast! The owner, very kind, prepared bags with pieces of focaccia for us to take away.

Great welcome, sunny managers, very helpful and very kind. Room and common areas very clean and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Very new structure, great for a short stay in Torre del Lago. Very close to the station and a fifteen-minute bike ride from the sea. Our room (Tecla) was clean, comfortable, and quiet, overlooking the inner courtyard. The managers were very helpful, the only downside being the bikes for a fee, which in other facilities are provided free of charge.
