Great, large accommodation with 2 shared bathrooms. The Italian breakfast is to be redeemed with a voucher at one of 3 bakeries, but consists only of a coffee and a croissant.

As accommodation, it is excellent. The house is welcoming and has everything you need. The only downside is that it is a bit cold during this period of November. However, the apartment has a pellet stove and it warms up in no time. Everything you need is nearby: laundry, bank, bars, and restaurants. Giacomo is a very helpful and kind host. He will certainly be my point of reference when I come to Arezzo.

Owner rich in advice and super welcome. I liked the structure because the name is real.\n\nNegative note the breakfast, practically nothing, also because for four people 1/2 liter of milk seems really nothing even considering that I have two small children.

I stayed here with my parents and we really enjoyed it. The structure is easy to reach coming from the highway, La Casa dei Nonni is large and the room is welcoming. There is a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast and, if necessary, also something to eat. We had a shared bathroom but we didn't have any problems. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and always available, she made us feel at home. She also takes care of the services, in the morning she cleans the rooms and replenishes towels, toilet paper, and breakfast items. The structure is also very close to the center and hospitals, reachable in 5 minutes by car. It also has a parking space. Recommended especially for the hospitality and availability of the managers!

Very friendly manager, clean and cozy apartment, suitable for a family. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the historic center, but quick and easy to reach from the highway exit.

Excellent for location, quality, price, and cleanliness. La Casa dei Nonni. The owners were very kind. The central location allows for numerous commercial activities nearby. The lady made a mini apartment available exclusively for us, with a separate entrance. We will come back soon. Anna and Luciano.

Pleasant stay in a comfortable accommodation a short distance from the center of Arezzo. The apartment is quiet and equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a nice weekend. Even my little dog felt absolutely at home.

Especially convenient is the mini apartment because with a modest amount you have a bedroom with a double bed and a cot, private bathroom, and a kitchen separated from the sleeping area. TV in the living room and bedroom. If you bring ready-made sauce and a packet of pasta, you can easily have lunch and dinner, the dishes are clean, there is also a dishwasher and a coffee machine. For a small family, I would say it's ideal. You can use the balcony to smoke a cigarette (not allowed inside). Under the house, there is an excellent ice cream parlor. The B&B managers are welcoming and helpful, they live in the house in front. The area is just outside the center in a neighborhood served by city buses, not far away there is a post office, banks, restaurants, playground, brewery, and various shops. For those visiting the city, there is the additional convenience of private parking under the house (the historic center, very beautiful, is all limited traffic and pedestrian areas). Recommended.
