Photos were not truthful. I knew the room was small, but from the pictures it looked different. When we arrived the garden was not at all well kept and there were broken chairs and lamps. Upon entering there was a musty smell. The room had a bed only slightly larger than a one-and-a-half size, making it impossible for two people to sleep. There was no space for suitcases, only four hooks to use as hangers. The bathroom had no bidet and the shower was so cramped you could not turn without risking hitting the door. The toilet was in front of the glass bathroom door, so people outside could see me sitting on the toilet. Terrible.

The property is located 200 m from the historic center of Pitigliano. The owner is a nice and friendly lady. The room and bathroom have adequate space. Excellent breakfast. Parking in front of the house.
