The location makes our facility easy to reach from the nearby motorway 'Autostrada A12'.

Italian-style breakfast with a selection of: coffee, cappuccino, milk, barley, chocolate, tea. In addition, there are brioches, biscuits, jam and honey, packaged cookies, and pastries. Breakfast is served buffet-style and self-service, with flexible hours until 11:00.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a tidy neighborhood not far from a spacious park and the sea, this is a great place. The beds are super. They are not as noisy as most of the hotels in Viareggio.

A simple B&B with a simple breakfast. At that price, though, it's great with a good location and a super nice hostess, always friendly and helpful. We will gladly come back. The extra kitchen available for rent was also in good condition.

We arrived in Viareggio on a cold mid-November day and had to negotiate the heating schedule, managing to change it from one hour in the morning (early) and one hour in the evening to two hours in the morning and two in the evening. Frankly, on the day of our arrival we were cold (we stayed only one night). The bathroom left something to be desired: the bidet pipes were leaking and the shower enclosure had no door, replaced by a curtain.

Gentili signori Eravate gli unici ospiti della struttura a percepire freddo, quando la temperatura era già stata raggiunta dal termostato, e i riscaldamenti si sono naturalmente spenti, vi siete lamentati che avevate ancora freddo, e io prontamente senza alcuna contrattazione, ho provveduto a riaccenderli per tutti nonostante fosse un'esigenza esclusivamente vostra, tanto che altri ospiti hanno spento il loro termosifone in camera. Inoltre avevate a disposizione il climatizzatore e avreste potuto accenderlo, cosa che vi ho invitato a fare, ma avete deciso di tenerlo spento, perché vi crea un fastidio. Infine non c'è nessuna perdita nelle tubature del bagno, probabilmente vi è fuoriuscita dell'acqua utilizzandolo, perché risulta sempre perfettamente asciutto. Saluti.

We stayed at this property from August 12th to August 22nd. The guesthouse is located 2.5 km from the main street of Viareggio. It has an agreement with the Maber beach, a pleasant family-run beach establishment. We stayed in a double room, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. The bathroom is external to the room and on the same floor as the room. The environment was clean and tidy; however, the property had some items that require maintenance, such as: the toilet seat that moves while sitting, the hairdryer that works poorly, and the air conditioner that cooled too much beyond the set temperature. Additionally, the pillows were too hard and did not allow us a good quality of sleep. The breakfast was provided by the property but had some shortcomings. It consisted of low-quality packaged products and did not include fresh foods like seasonal fruit. A positive note was the owner who offered us yogurt. The property also accepts pets. Elena, the manager of the Bed and Breakfast, immediately proved to be kind and helpful by indicating places to eat not too far from where we stayed.

Vorrei suggerirvi per una prossima volta, di segnalare i disagi durante la vostra soggiorno, in modo da migliorare la vostra permanenza. Per esempio avrei potuto darvi dei cuscini sostitutivi avendone altri all'interno della struttura, oppure non avrei avuto problema ad acquistarne altri più consoni alle vostre esigenze. Il climatizzatore è di recentissima installazione ed è sufficiente diminuire la potenza per avere una temperatura più gradevole, anche questo avrei potuto facilmente risolverlo: -) Stessa cosa vale per l'asciugacapelli che poteva essere tranquillamente sostituito, e per procurare un po' di frutta fresca Purtroppo spesso noi gestori cerchiamo di fare al meglio ma non sempre è possibile accontentare tutti e arrivare a sopperire a tutti i problemi, specialmente se non veniamo messi a conoscenza degli stessi. The structure is cozy and comfortable. Proximity to the beach and free parking make the place ideal for those who want to have a seaside vacation without spending a fortune. Finally, what struck me was the availability of the managers and the various discounts offered at restaurants, bike rentals, and especially the beach establishment. Recommendation.

I had to write for a long time but I always postponed it due to commitments. I came here with my friends in August 2014, I really liked it for the tranquility and cleanliness, moreover the owner was very kind and helpful whenever we needed information or anything else. We felt like it was our own home. Regarding the accommodation prices, they are quite good. Also, there were nearby means of transportation. Next time, if I go there, I would ask to have the entire house to be able to invite more friends. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful vacation at Il Mirto.
