Structure in a very central position, large, spacious, well-ventilated rooms, bathroom equipped with every comfort, very kind and helpful staff. A very discreet structure but with a shared kitchen and outdoor terrace, you feel at home.

I was completely satisfied with the promptness in contacts, the room (all new, well-furnished and very clean) and the area, which is close to the station and very central. The only downside (but not to be blamed on the owner) is that the street facing the room on Saturday night is very lively. But the double glazing shields the noise enough and with the cold there will definitely be fewer people wandering around.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a historic building. Very well-kept, spacious room, perfect in every way with a brand new, comfortable, and very clean bathroom. Internal and external view of the historic center of Pistoia. Splendid terrace for breakfast, excellent. Managed very well with friendliness, sympathy, and availability.

Beautiful rooms and they especially welcome our four-legged friends. Mrs. Sabrina is very kind and very prepared also from an artistic point of view, and Pistoia deserves to have such prepared people.

Great opportunity to stay in the center at a fair price in a comfortable and tastefully renovated structure. The only reasonable inconvenience is the parking, which is available only in Piazza San Francesco about 200/300 meters away.

It is a quiet and welcoming environment. It is located in the city center and there are stairs to do but the rooms are quiet, well-kept, and tastefully furnished. The lady who manages 'Il Grifone' is very kind. It has a good value for money.

Sabrina was very kind, helpful, diligent, attentive, and caring. She gave us excellent advice for our stay in Pistoia. The property is in a great location, easily accessible even though in the ZTL, with parking available nearby. Highly recommended.

Struttura meravigliosa. Il gestore molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Camera matrimoniale bellissima, molto raffinata e curata nei minimi dettagli a seconda del nome della camera. La nostra camera, chiamata "Terra", richiamava i colori caldi della Terra. Dotata di climatizzatore, frigo con bevande (pagamento a parte) e un carinissimo bagno dotato di bagnoschiuma, cuffia per capelli e latte corpo. La colazione: fantastica! Servita in un terrazzino, ci hanno servito di tutto e di più. La signora che ci ha servito la colazione è stata molto cordiale, gentile e soprattutto discreta. Ottima pulizia e posizione centralissima. Forse un po' caro il prezzo della matrimoniale. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Mi vedo costretto a dare il massimo dei voti in tutto perché si tratta di una struttura impeccabilmente gestita, in posizione perfetta e centrale per conoscere la città, a veramente due passi dalla Piazza della Sala e del Duomo, gestore gentilissimo e premuroso senza essere invadente, colazione abbondante, camere pulite ed ampie.

Il posto ideale per conoscere Pistoia. In posizione centralissima, il bed and breakfast offre tutto quello che cerchi per la tua sistemazione, dalle belle camere pulite alla colazione curata e abbondante. Sabrina è molto gentile e disponibile, ti senti come a casa, anzi, meglio! Consigliatissimo.
