Guests love it because: in the city center, near the station, shopping area, cheap, the design of the property, charming property, near the metro, very new, spectacular view.

The "Il Giorno e La Notte" holiday home offers its guests two wonderful apartments (Corte and Strada) equipped with all comforts, located about 300 meters walk from the Duomo, from the central station of Santa Maria Novella, Palazzo dei Congressi and Fortezza da Basso which often hosts events of all kinds, including that of Pitti Immagine.

They are located in a pedestrian street, a few tens of meters from the Medici Chapels, away from traffic noise, in one of the most characteristic districts of the historic center, home to the Central Market of San Lorenzo, still active today with its stalls of Tuscan specialties.

Breakfast is not served in our apartments which are all equipped with a separate kitchen and suitable for people who wish to spend a holiday in total privacy.

Absolutely amazing apartment. There is everything you need (except an iron, however). A little bit noisy because of the restaurants, but if you have good earplugs it's not a problem. Marko and Bruno are perfect hosts. Next time in Florence - only this place to stay.

The price of the place was a little bit higher than other options in Italy but considering that is whole apartment and new year's holiday it was reasonable. The apartment is perfect for 2 persons, with a functional kitchen that allowed us to prepare nice meals! Marco is a excellent host, he was very polite and thoughtful with us before and during our stay. I definitely recommend the place if you're going to Florence (Firenze).

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni nel B&B "Il giorno e la notte" e ne siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Il giorno dell'arrivo il gestore Marco ci ha accolto con gentilezza consigliandoci alcuni locali dove andare a mangiare. L'appartamento è situato nel centro di Firenze, veramente a pochi passi da tutte le "attrazioni" della città. Inoltre dà su un cortile interno, per cui non si ha fastidio dei rumori della strada. Dispone di tutte le comodità, non ci è mancato nulla. Ci ritorneremo con piacere.

Ce qui est regrettable, c'est que le logement loué ne ressemble pas du tout à la photo que l'on a publié sur le site internet. donc forcément on est déçu quand on arrive ! équipement cuisine très minimaliste. ce n'est pas honnête de la part du loueur. la localisation est très agréable et pratique car en plein centre de Florence.

Marco est très réactif pour nous confirmer la réservation. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Florence, l'appartement est idéalement situé, tout confort il ne manque vraiment rien. The apartment is very well located, in an area with many bars and restaurants, with a street view. A few blocks from the Duomo, Central Market, and train station. Marco was very kind in providing information about tours and things to do, quick and easy check-in. I recommend it!

Very cute apartment, great location (right in the center, 7 minutes from Santa Maria Novella station and a few minutes from a small supermarket). Equipped with all the comforts necessary for those who want to spend a few days sightseeing in Florence. Despite some noise in the street in the evening, we didn't hear anything and slept very well. Thank you!

Very nice structure, with classic but well-preserved furnishings, clean and in a great location to visit the city and reach the station quickly. Too bad I couldn't meet the manager in person.

This place is wonderful, located right in the center of Florence and a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Marco was kind and provided us with advice on where to eat, being of great help. Moreover, the foods we tasted will remain in our memories. We love it and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The house is close to the station and a stone's throw from the Duomo. Great location. Located on a street with many nice places. Marco was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend it!

Very nice apartment with exposed beams and well furnished, very close to the station and all the main attractions of Florence. Very well soundproofed, central area in a pedestrian street, very kind and friendly owners, certainly for our next stay in Florence we will keep it in mind.

With my girlfriend we stayed in Marco's 'strada' apartment for a week. Cordial person, very helpful for any eventuality and very nice. Although it is located in one of the main arteries of the historic center of Florence with a continuous influx of tourists outside the house, once the windows are closed you completely alienate yourself from the external sound. A beautiful apartment with exposed beams and old-style furniture. Convenient for everything, supermarket, historical monuments a stone's throw away (see the Medici Chapels and the Duomo), Market and Station. If we were to return to Florence we will definitely contact Marco again to be his guests.

We stayed in the Strada apartment. Beautiful period house with exposed wooden beam ceiling and classic furnishings. Although the apartment is located on a low first floor, thanks to the soundproof windows, noise is reduced practically to zero. Marco, the owner, a kind and friendly person, proved to be very helpful and present. The apartment is in an exceptional location, a two-minute walk from the main attractions (Duomo, Basilica of San Lorenzo, and Medici Chapels) and five minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. Excellent value for money. If we were to return to beautiful Florence, we would definitely choose Il Giorno e la Notte again.

Struttura centrale, la stazione di SMN a due passi, attrazioni storico-turistiche vicine, gestore disponibile. Si tratta di un appartamento d'epoca ben arredato con tutti i comfort necessari, un soggiorno, una camera da letto, bagno e una cucina. Situato al primo piano senza ascensore, la struttura dà sulla strada occlusa al traffico automobilistico, quindi abbastanza silenziosa. Prezzo conveniente.

Appartamento carinissimo in posizione che più centrale non si può a prezzi più che modici. Gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. Un pò di rumore il sabato sera essendo sopra a un pub, ma con i doppi vetri non è stato così fastidioso. In generale molto consigliato!

Locale piccolo ma adatto a coppia o singolo, molto allegro e casalingo. Il bagno è bello grande e il letto comodo. L'angolo cottura è essenziale ma provvisto sia di forno che microonde. L'alloggio era in Piazza del Mercato Centrale, quindi vicinissimo a qualunque museo e attrazione turistica di Firenze. Marco poi è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile. Unico neo: le zanzare che non ci han fatto dormire la notte, ma da quel che abbiamo potuto constatare è un problema che grava su tutta Firenze e dintorni. Consigliatissimo e penso lo prenoteremo ancora in futuro.

Ho trovato la struttura molto confortevole. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche e alla stazione ferroviaria. La sera la zona è frequentatissima, molti e variegati i locali sotto casa.
