We had a wonderful stay in Il Casalone, a nice room, beautiful surroundings.

Il Casalone was a dreamy B&B in a beautiful setting where you can experience the peaceful nature. Everything was done to delight the guests. A very good dinner and breakfast were included. The hostess Teresa is an excellent cook. You will be pampered.

Historical and poetic place. Mrs. Teresa was very kind. The food is good, especially the nettle ravioli with truffle and the breakfast pastries.

A beautiful farmhouse, lovingly cared for by the owner Maria Teresa, who welcomes you with kindness and total availability, ready to meet the needs of the guests. A place immersed in greenery among the hills and woods of the Alpe della Luna. If I return to that area, I will return to Casalone.

Very welcoming agritourism, an environment suitable for resting in the midst of greenery and nature. Clean and well-kept rooms, excellent cuisine and a hearty breakfast with cakes prepared by the owner, a very kind and helpful person. We spent two very relaxing days. Highly recommended.

Located in a secluded position compared to the town, it offers an excellent location surrounded by greenery and characterized by a well-renovated and comfortable structure. Excellent kitchen service offering delicious homemade and abundant dishes, a simple breakfast but characterized by the presence of freshly baked cakes. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Structure a bit hidden but I believe this also contributes to its charm. A magical place kept in impeccable condition. The lady, then, is of an uncommon kindness and friendliness.

Excellent welcome, like everything else.

Inserted in a quiet context 3 km from the town, Il Casalone has been carefully renovated respecting the original structure. Welcoming and charming. Mrs. Teresa pampers guests with delicious homemade cakes. At the property, it is also possible to dine enjoying seasonal products, carefully prepared recipes of the local tradition. Excellent truffles produced on-site! Excellent value for money. A strategic starting point to visit La Verna, the nearby Valtiberina, but also the enchanting Val D'Orcia.

We spent a wonderful weekend between Arezzo and Florence staying at this B&B managed by Mrs. Maria Teresa. A very nice and helpful person. The structure is a bit out of the way, but it was worth it. Very nice room, on two floors. Also greatly appreciated by my husband and children. Abundant breakfast enriched by cakes baked directly by Mrs. Maria Teresa. Sublime dinner! Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back!

Characterful country farmhouse in stone/wood tastefully renovated. Very clean, located in a small village away from the main road in a totally tranquil environment. Mrs. Teresa, owner of the B&B, is truly very helpful as well as nice. Really positive note for the restaurant, quality and quantity with local products. Absolutely a farm stay to recommend.

Cozy and authentic, dinner: excellent mix of Tuscan tradition, typical products and imagination. Nature and landscapes in the surroundings are beautiful.

Spectacular place, all faithfully renovated as it was in the past, great dinner. The owner was like an old friend making us feel at home immediately. Then what can I say, in the evening and at night it even snowed, so the snow made the place even more magical.

Very nice farmhouse, well renovated, welcomed us with the fireplace on after a journey in the pouring rain. Dedicated to self-tourism, it is still close to many art places like Sansepolcro or Città di Castello.\n\nThe value for money is excellent. We recommend it also to families.

I arrived by chance at this B&B, thanks to a last minute deal found on the internet, and I must say that never was a more appropriate choice. Il Casalone is located in a tiny almost uninhabited village, about 3 km from Badia Tetalda, the capital of the Alpe della Luna nature reserve. The origins of the structure date back to an ancient "castrum" from 1200. Today, Il Casalone is completely renovated with taste, maintaining its feudal origins unchanged (stone walls, visible beams, large functional wood fireplace, etc.). Teresa Tocci, the host, is a person of rare and exquisite kindness (as well as a skilled cook) who knows how to make you feel at ease, accommodating your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the cuisine is of excellent quality, favoring products from the garden and surrounding woods. Excellent homemade pasta and meat dishes, and at the end of the meal the inevitable "spinello" which, beyond the "mischievous" name, is actually a herbal liqueur extracted from the wild rose with digestive properties. If you love peace and tranquility, and want to evoke the flavors of the past, then I believe that Il Casalone is the right place. Finally, but no less important, very fair prices considering the quality of the services offered.

Rustic structure very well maintained and internally a real gem, cared for in detail with extreme taste. Rooms not very large but very cozy (the warmth of the wood is felt everywhere). Nice to be welcomed in the breakfast room and entrance with the fireplace lit. Breakfast well stocked, especially the cakes are very good! Mrs. Teresa is a person with very kind manners! A must try if you pass through those areas.
