Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we appreciated the welcome from Silvia and Ricardo, as well as the change of scenery and tranquility. Very smiling welcome and very attentive to its guests. Tasty breakfast, nothing was missing (among other things, homemade cakes and ricotta). Spacious, comfortable, and very clean room. Proximity to the Cascate del Mulino. (Thanks again to Ricardo for helping with our flat tire). We wish Silvia and Ricardo great success in their projects!

The property is located about 5 km from the Cascate del Mulino and 5 km from Semproniano, in a wonderful area. The building is enchanting, immersed in nature. The breakfast is entirely locally sourced: calling it wonderful is an understatement. The owners are special people, always available. I recommend the property to anyone who truly wants to relax in the silence of nature. Highly recommended.

The place is fabulous, the presence of an oak and gigantic pine fills the environment with positive vibes. Mrs. Silvia is very helpful and excellent at preparing a super breakfast worthy of a five-star hotel, only scrambled eggs were missing. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which forced me to sleep with the door and window open.

Signor Gianclaudio le rispondo ringraziandola per le belle parole che ha scritto, ci rende orgogliosi e soddisfatti del nostro lavoro che ogni giorno cerchiamo sempre con cura e attenzione al raggiungimento del nostro obbiettivo, e ci stimola a far trovare sempre più una struttura accogliente, magica e rilassante. Per quanto riguarda il climatizzatore ci stiamo accorgendo che sempre più negli ultimi due anni questo cambiamento climatico che tende a tropicalizzarsi ci fa rendere conto che negli anni precedenti non ce n' era bisogno, siamo aperti dal 2006. La struttura si difendeva molto bene dal caldo perché è sempre abbastanza ventilato, è una struttura nuova costruita con la concezione dei muri ad intercapedine d' aria, con soffitta e seminterrato sottostante. Purtroppo è combinato nei giorni di più caldo anomalo. Adesso che le temperature si sono normalizzate e sono scese di qualche grado, la struttura è più accogliente e rinfrescata. Comunque come si dice, che le critiche siano costruttive, ciò non voglia dire che non abbiamo già preso in considerazione di metterli. La aspettiamo nuovamente, qua come nostro ospite ringraziandola per la sua gentilezza le facciamo i nostri più sinceri saluti. Riccardo e Silvia.

A beautiful agriturismo, relaxing environment 5 minutes by car from the Saturnia thermal baths, with plenty of green space and internal parking. The room with bathroom was clean and renovated, and the price included a very good breakfast with cakes and homemade ricotta, yogurt, salami, etc. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time.

We had a great time. Riccardo was very kind and helpful, also in advising where to have dinner and very knowledgeable in describing places to visit and much more. Silvia is a delightful person, also very helpful and kind, but above all an excellent cook. Abundant breakfast and especially sweets, cookies, jams, and yogurt made by her. We will definitely return. We liked everything, including the calm and relaxation you breathe in the agriturismo. Stunning view, surrounded by greenery, saying good morning and goodnight to you. I believe I can only give compliments to Silvia and Riccardo who manage this structure excellently with their courtesy and availability, with a very high quality/price ratio, in my opinion. Recommended for those who appreciate the countryside and for those who know how to experience it in all its aspects, isolated structure but still 5 minutes by car from Saturnia and the Thermal Baths.

Il Cantiniere is an excellent establishment and the welcome is fantastic. The two young managers are very good. The breakfast is wonderful, all the products are homemade. I recommend everyone to spend some time in this quiet place, immersed in the tranquility of the countryside.

We spent a few days of relaxation with my wife immersed in nature and silence. The structure is a clean and comfortable villa in a very well-kept farmhouse surrounded by olive trees, rows of vines, and ancient oaks. The owner Silvia was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is prepared by Silvia starting from homemade yogurts with milk from the farm's cows, to various types of cakes and tarts, to the savory breakfast, to the care of the table. Everything excellent and genuine.

The owner Silvia is very welcoming to her guests and our pink room is well taken care of down to the smallest details, also beautiful the external structure with covered parking for cars and a particularly beautiful garden. Excellent super breakfast. Silvia prepares cakes, cookies, jams, yogurt, fresh ricotta and much more with their products. We highly recommend staying with them.

Great Bed and Breakfast in a quiet location immersed in the Tuscan hills, quite close to the Saturnia thermal baths. Very familiar atmosphere. The owner is a very kind and nice person, makes you feel almost like family. Moreover, the breakfast is almost entirely made up of their own products, ideal for animal lovers. The cats and the dog are very cuddly. Tranquility reigns supreme; for those coming from the city, it is an oasis of peace.

We have just returned from this beautiful holiday and we already miss the kindness of Silvia (as well as her delicious cakes) and the parties that the wonderful dog Artù used to throw for us. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and absolutely close to the Saturnia hot springs and all the other wonders of the area (Sorano, Sovana and Pitigliano above all). With my partner, we spent a weekend in this Agriturismo Il Cantiniere discovering the beauties of Maremma. The structure is well-maintained, clean, and of high quality. Managed by a couple who, in addition to this activity, also run a farm that helps produce what is offered during breakfast. Abundant and excellent breakfast with a varied selection of homemade pastries and cold cuts. My compliments to Silvia and Riccardo.

We spent 7 days in August 2023 at this excellent property. Right from the start, we felt at ease thanks to the kindness and availability shown by Mr. Silvia and Riccardo, the owners of the property. The room we were assigned was cozy and clean, allowing us to stay in tranquility. The breakfast was rich and satisfying, made even more enjoyable by the welcoming manners of the owner Silvia, who tried to meet our every need. Excellent were the cakes that Silvia offered us every morning. The location of the property is strategic for summer vacations, thanks to the proximity to the waterfalls and/or thermal baths of Saturnia. We will definitely return. A special thanks to Silvia and Riccardo, and to our furry friend Artù, who made our vacation unforgettable. They certainly deserve a perfect 10 for how they manage the property.

I was with my wife after a whole day at the thermal baths and already upon our arrival Silvia welcomed us, with a pure and sincere smile. The place is stunning, open countryside with a beautiful panorama and a nice sunset. Riccardo, Silvia's husband, is a delightful person and available for every need. In the morning, Silvia delighted our palate with a breakfast made of cakes and cookies made by her with farm products, such as eggs, milk, jams, and more, not only that there was everything and more. I will definitely come back with the whole family soon. Very vivid compliments.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Silvia, the owner, with a smile. This alone raised the bar of liking. The place is wonderful, beautiful panorama, breakfast was abundant and more, there was everything and more. Cakes, donuts, and homemade cookies. The milk, of very high quality, produced by them. At the last minute, I managed to book for my family, but I could only extend my stay for one more day because there were other reservations. Surely on the next trip to the thermal baths, which are only 6 km away, I will return. Recommended to everyone. The only flaw, which however does not depend on the managers but on Google, is the geolocation, Google Maps takes you a few km further.

I stayed at this farmhouse with my boyfriend and we had a great time! It is less than 10 minutes away from the Cascate del Mulino. The room is located in an outbuilding, small but cozy. Tranquility and relaxation in the beautiful Tuscan Maremma and a few kilometers from the fabulous waterfalls of Saturnia. The breakfast is extraordinary with homemade cakes and milk freshly milked from the cows of this agriturismo. We will definitely come back.
