I Tetti di Siena was one of the nicest hotels of our stay in Italy. It is a boutique-type hotel in the middle of the 'flavor' of Siena, on top of the hill. You will walk down and up hills everywhere from this hotel. We enjoyed the ambiance, the room was spacious, the breakfast excellent. It was somewhat difficult to find; however, once we did, we enjoyed walking through the garden entrance, with its quaintness and character. The upscale shopping district is not a far walk, and plenty of restaurants within walking. The view from our room was beyond measure.. the roofs.. the duomo. Loved our stay here. (be sure to find a landmark.. it's easy to get lost in Siena.. but that is part of the charm).

Wonderful stay in Siena. B&B very close to the main bus terminal and the attractions. Our room was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom delightful. Our stay was enhanced by the wine tasting trip recommended by the owner of the B&B to San Gimignano. There was no noise from the side of the B&B we were on and it was only one floor up, which was very easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Very good location, a shame not to know if the room will have a balcony. The view was still pleasant. \nBreakfast in the basement, it would be missing eggs to make it a slightly better breakfast.

The breakfast room is in the basement, without natural light. The building seems damp. The photos give the illusion of having a view, which is not the case in our room. In the corridor, two turtles share a tiny aquarium, which is shocking. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Great location: in a few minutes on foot you are in the center and in a few minutes you reach comfortable parking lots both for a fee and, with a few more steps, free ones. Very courteous and helpful managers.

We stayed for two nights at 'I Tetti di Siena' and everything went well. We were assigned a tidy and clean room with a city view. The manager is kind. The price might be a bit high, perhaps due to ongoing sports events. Recommended structure.

B&B located in a strategic position, close to the main attractions and the train station (15 minutes on foot). Clean, spacious, and well-arranged room. Clean and well-organized bathroom. Friendly staff and quality/price ratio in line with what the place offers. Congratulations and good job.

No trace of "roofs" unfortunately, however, new room. I really appreciated the breakfast, the fact that the sweets were not only good but also artisanal. Usually you find horrible croissants, instead these were from a pastry shop! This was a big plus. Room cleanliness, I appreciated that it was done every day but in addition to the bed and a quick clean of the bathroom, a pass on the floor wouldn't hurt. Overall, very kind and helpful staff. Definitely great location.

Located in the heart of Siena, we stayed for the Palio on 2nd July. The managers were very courteous and gave us a lot of information to follow the entire day of the Palio, which also ended with the success of the Contrada del Drago that has one of the contrada headquarters right near the B&B. Even the price, not exactly cheap, is still justified.

Excellent location in the historic city center, the room has an unparalleled view of the rooftops. Excellent breakfast, rich and varied. The room is quite spacious and equipped with all the comforts.

Exceptional value for money, cozy, comfortable and clean room. Extremely kind and helpful owners, you feel like part of the family. Rich and abundant breakfast, practically a meal that allows you to face days of excursions in the Sienese hinterland without further stops. Beautiful property.

Very satisfied in all respects. Short stay, beautiful structure, exceptional cleanliness, tasty breakfast, great location with free parking nearby. Only negative point: the bed. Noisy, creaks with every slight movement. Needs to be changed.
