Amazing place, I definitely come back. One of the best places in Tuscany. The cute cat and dog in the building are so cute. The pool area is a DREAM. Breakfast very organic and the room was super clean and fresh!

This time we had the upper floor with a terrace, we liked our previous room better which is one floor below. The place is beautifully situated with panoramic views. The access road is tricky and narrow and be advised not to approach from the other side which is even more hazardous. The beds were less comfortable compared to the other room but be assured all rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The breakfast is fine it's just weird that the coffee from the machine produces such bad tasting coffee. This is Italy! We enjoyed the pool, nice swimming and a good large pool. Mind you there is no restaurant so you need a car if you stay at this property. Usually fully booked, it's better than most places we stayed this holiday in Italy.

I would like to add a clarification: I noticed a discrepancy between the price indicated on the website (75€ per night per room including breakfast) and the price that appeared on the reservation and was paid (84.5€ per night per room including breakfast). The very kind gentleman at the reception could not explain it. Nothing serious, just a simple suggestion.
