Great place to stay in Pisa! I worked at the CNR and this B&B is about a 5-minute walk. Town is roughly a 30-minute walk but along a very simple route. The owner Jessica is very nice, the room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but at a very good price. The only thing I could want would be a kettle in my room! In summary, I highly recommend this place.

Spacious and welcoming room, equipped with all comforts and with a quiet environment for a good night's rest. The B&B's common areas are well organized and equipped. Excellent price. Very warm welcome and great friendliness and availability from the host. Location not too far from the city center.

Very helpful people, clean, comfortable and welcoming place. Perfect for us, as we then went to Lucca Comics.

Perfect for a short stay, great value for money, kind and helpful hosts.

Not much to say for a 'service' overnight stay. There was no, not even a minimal, reduction of the rate in light of the unexpected and unanticipated cancellation of two of the five guests.

Convenient location for visiting Pisa, in 10 minutes on foot you are in the city center.

Very convenient because it is very close to the center and you can let your dogs stay overnight.

Fairly close to the center, but away from the chaos. Quiet, clean, and comfortable place. One of the best pastry shops in Pisa just a few steps away for breakfast. The only downside is that it is not very easy to park if you don't know the area, but there is plenty of space a few meters away. Absolutely reasonable cost.

Excellent structure for cleanliness, comfort, and versatility regarding the personal management of guests. The host is very kind in the spirit of hospitality, showing professionalism in running the activity. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this bed and breakfast for one night, in anticipation of my graduation. The structure is simple but equipped with all comforts and above all very clean. The room was large and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast is not included but it is possible to cook in the shared kitchen. Coffee offered! Slightly outside the center (about 2 kilometers). Possibility to park for free in the surrounding area. I highly recommend!

In this establishment, I had a wonderful time. The room is large and comfortable. The bathroom is big and new with all the comforts. The dining room is cozy and available for guests, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and pods available. The owners are kind and helpful, ready to meet your needs. The structure is very convenient for conferences at the CNR. It is 35 minutes on foot from the station. In the same street, just a few steps away, there is an excellent bar. The owner is very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, and there was also a coat rack, useful for conferences. The only downside is the shower, which turned cold after a minute. It is probably a minor issue that can be solved, with which I had to cope for the only night I stayed.

Pleasant stay in a very comfortable independent house with a large private bathroom and spacious common areas. Around it has everything you need, from food to transportation. The city center is just a 20-minute walk away. We were greeted and shown around by a delightful lady who gave excellent advice. I absolutely recommend it and hope to return.

I stayed at the Bed and Breakfast I Limoni on a business trip to Pisa. Working at CNR, the location was perfect for me, but it is also very well connected to the station for tourist visits, in addition to being convenient for those traveling by car and unable to enter the center due to the ZTL. At I Limoni, I found a simple but clean environment, with a very spacious room and bathroom, and a friendly, warm welcome attentive to every need, as it should be in a family-run Bed and Breakfast. I found the common space in the kitchen very convenient, equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, a kettle, and a microwave, useful for those who want to have a snack or even a full meal on the premises. Personally, I had dinner there 3 out of 4 nights, which was very convenient for me. I absolutely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely be back.

I stayed for one night in the single room (blue room). The bathroom window faced the interior of the room, while the room window faced the courtyard of the building, but frankly there was a bad smell. The mattress was embarrassing. The shower water was at times hot and cold. Kind owner.

We absolutely recommend it. Welcoming and clean environment. Very kind and helpful staff. Large room and well-equipped shared lounge. Great location to move towards the center, close to the stop, free car parking in front of the stop.

Great Bed and Breakfast, the location is perfect for leaving your car not too far from the center.

The structure is very clean and well maintained. The city center can be reached on foot in a very short time. The owner is very professional and kind. Therefore, the quality/price ratio is very high. I will definitely come back.

We had a good time. The room was clean and quiet, Mrs. Laura was very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

I would say almost perfect, if there were more frequent changes of the linens and if there were some shelves at the bathroom sink to be able to put something down. As far as I'm concerned, nice and well-maintained, with minimal effort, great hospitality.

I stayed a couple of times at the B&B I Limoni in Pisa and found it comfortable, clean, and in a good location. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities, you can easily have lunch or dinner there. With the green tram stop in front of the B&B, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes.

Manager available, excellent welcome. Located in front of the Lam stop and a few minutes walk from the CNR and the Department of Chemistry. Very clean and tidy environment with a cozy common room. The rooms with simple and essential furnishings, but warm, with private bathroom, TV and wardrobe. Breakfast with various types of snacks, fruit juices and milk. I expected something more, but the fridge allows you to buy and keep extra food, even for dinner. Available microwave, coffee machine with pods and electric plate, as well as pots and pans. Great attention to recycling. During my stay, I felt very good, slept in comfortable beds and without any disturbance from the street.

Nice green triple room, clean, comfortable, warm and comfortable beds. New, clean bathroom. Quiet and peaceful location. Paid parking, only from 8 to 14, other hours free 15 meters away or not paid about 400/500 m away. Overall good experience, available and friendly management. We chose not to have breakfast but the managers still left us, in the room, 4 coffee capsules for the coffee machine located in the breakfast room. If I have to find a but in terms of quality/price and without breakfast, in my opinion, you could pay a little less than 70 euros.

Very helpful and friendly. People truly from the heart. I had a paralyzed dog and, in our absence, when it started raining, they made an effort to shelter it from the rain. The structure is very welcoming. The car easily finds a place in the nearby free parking lots. The center is easily reachable on foot, without the need for four-wheeled vehicles. Highly recommended for those who want to go to Pisa. Next to the B&B bar and pizzeria.

The recently renovated I Limoni structure is on the ground floor. The cleanliness is what you notice when entering the house where the B&B is located; you are fascinated by the wonderful scent of flowers and greenery with citronella. The single room where I stayed is spacious and very bright, despite being on the side of the road, the latest generation well-insulated windows do not let any noise through. Outside the window, the mosquito net keeps the mosquitoes away, which invade Pisa at this time. The kindness of the owners is what distinguished my stay, as they allowed me to leave the room many hours after the check-out time. The structure is very functional due to its centrality, the road network, and the significant quality/price ratio. Thank you and see you next time.

Charming, clean, affordable, easily reachable.

The only flaw is the uncomfortable mattresses, a little improvement would suffice on this.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment has 3 rooms with a very large shared living room, always very clean. The owner is very kind and always available. We will definitely come back.

It's like being at home, I recommend it, especially for those who want to stay close to university children who have accommodation in Praticelli.\n\nHowever, it's good for any need, owners available and kind, and today that's no small thing.

We stayed for only two nights. An apartment on the ground floor with three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. The structure does not excel in modernity but gains points for cleanliness (done daily), the abundant breakfast, and the kindness of the hosts.

I stayed for just one night at 'I Limoni' and found a clean and very spacious environment, a super new bathroom, and the owner very kind. I can only give a very positive review and recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Pisa.
