We have 2 breakfast rooms, the first located in a beautiful vaulted brick and stone, the second on a beautiful panoramic terrace. Our breakfast consists of local products with a selection of sheep, wild boar salami, and Cinta Senese pig. We also have a nice selection of breads, cakes, pastries, yogurt, fruit juice, fruit etc... We also have products made ??by us as bread, cakes, compotes and jams made ??using fruit from our garden, pan cake etc.... Upon request we made ??expressed boiled eggs, scrambled and bullseye.

The host was exceptionally attentive. Great location within walking distance of Volterra, yet quiet and with a large parking area. The breakfast is exceptionally good and for my birthday there was a serenade and an extra homemade cake.

The pillows had mold, the breakfast was varied but not very tasty, Luca was rather distant, the pool was out of order.

Luca is a very dedicated and hospitable hotelier. He provided us with very good information about the place and the surroundings and gave very informative suggestions for car tours through Tuscany. The breakfast is exceptionally good, plentiful, and contains new surprises every day.

Quiet place near the city, easily reachable on foot after leaving the car in the coop parking lot and then walking for 5, 6 minutes you arrive in the historic center. Everything is ok, the structure and the manager Luca are always helpful and kind, together with the collaborators Adriana and Ilaria. I highly recommend it, I gave the maximum rating of 10. If we pass by the area, we will gladly return. Greetings to all the staff, Giovanni and Maria from Novara.

Beautiful place for a couple's weekend, relaxing and charming. Strategic location not only for Volterra, the manager is very courteous and upon arrival provides directions to all the places reachable from there, more than one can imagine. The breakfast is rich and delicious, a wide selection and very good taste, replenished daily with new dishes made directly by the manager's wife, also very kind. Reserved umbrella spot with 2 loungers included with the room, very well-kept pool. Charming panorama, wide open space with many fruit trees (including excellent figs that we were allowed to pick). Fully compliant with all the provisions for the Coronavirus emergency.

I came back because I was positively impressed the first time. Just outside Volterra, immersed in the stunning panorama of the Tuscan hills. The Villa is perfectly maintained, beautiful and spacious rooms, meticulous cleanliness. Luca and his family are wonderful, attentive to every need. Fabulous breakfasts, always different and suitable for everyone, even for people with intolerances. Not to be missed!
