I stayed there several times (about 15). They no longer offer the possibility to buy a simple meal for lunch as before. That also made the atmosphere less social. The atmosphere was better before with the previous family owners.

Very good value for money. Perfect location with the parking a 10-minute walk from the center. The need to renovate the exterior areas has been duly noted by the owners, as the works are in progress.

Unfortunately, we encountered unpleasant insects and, in general, the property seemed somewhat poorly maintained. The staff, however, are friendly and professional. The property is adjacent to the historic center and we appreciated the pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. Perhaps we were unlucky, but small measures such as simple mosquito nets on the windows and regular cleaning and sanitation inside and out would help a lot, because the property could also be welcoming.

A relaxing break just outside the walls of Siena. Very welcoming property and a super relaxing pool. The view from the breakfast room is great. Absolutely worth repeating!
