The room was impeccable. Beautifully furnished, cozy and very clean. We also appreciated the snacks that were waiting for us upon arrival. The accommodation is very close to the tram line, so it’s easy to get to the city center (takes only about 10 minutes to get to Valfonda - Santa Maria Novella Station). The food options nearby are also awesome. Especially the bakery and the ice cream shop. In addition, Francesca was a lovely, helpful and welcoming host. Thank you for everything!

Excellent accommodation! A lovely large room with a great bathroom and a shared kitchen. It was great to be able to prepare some of our own meals. Location is just a short tram ride from the center of Florence and we were grateful to be away from the very busy tourist center. Excellent host! We highly recommend this B&B for your stay in Florence.

Let down being upstairs without a lift.

Intimate establishment with 3 rooms and a shared kitchen. Close to tram line T1 or the regional train station. Perfect for going to Siena or Pisa without passing through the city center of Florence. Good communication with the owner. Clean room. Practical and modern bathroom.

The room was very beautiful, cozy, and in a very convenient location because it is close to the tram stop. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and accommodated all our needs with courtesy and sweetness, also giving us a lot of information on what to visit. If we return to Florence, we will definitely contact her.

Apartment near the Florence Rifredi train station (2 minutes on foot) and a few bus stops from the Meyer pediatric hospital. Mrs. Francesca and Mrs. Dea are very helpful and kind, they made us feel welcomed, like family. The apartment is very well-kept and clean, I have stayed several times for medical visits for my son and I will always choose it for future visits, it has now become my reference point. I highly recommend it!

I stayed one night, the bed and breakfast is in a convenient location, both for those like me who need to go to the hospital, and to reach the city center; the tram stop is just a stone's throw away, and in 10 minutes you reach the center. The room is brand new, clean and elegant. I found sweet and savory snacks, the essentials to make tea or coffee. Shared with the rooms there is a kitchen equipped with everything. The lady who welcomed me was very kind. Prices are definitely lower than the area, practically the hotel nearby had asked me twice as much for the same type of room. I hope to return as a tourist, until next time.

The property, although far from the center of Florence, allows you to reach Santa Maria Novella station by tram in about twenty minutes. Clean and tastefully furnished spaces. Very kind and helpful owners. Fair price, especially considering the average cost per night of Florentine accommodations. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay, the B&B is very nice, quiet, clean, and well-kept, also very convenient to Careggi Hospital, where my conference was held. I will definitely come back.

I highly recommend Giuliani Home. The apartment is located in a great position that allows you to reach Careggi Hospital and the city center in a few minutes. The room is perfectly furnished. And everything is accompanied by the extreme kindness of the owner. It was a huge pleasure to meet her. I hope to stay again soon at Giuliani Home.

Very convenient location, as the structure is just a few steps from the tram stop which, in 10 minutes, takes you to the city center. Despite being a couple, we stayed in the apartment for 4 people as it was the last available. The apartment is comfortable, has new furnishings, is equipped with all the necessary comforts, and is very clean. It will definitely be a reference point for future stays. Highly recommended.

It is a good bed and breakfast located in the peripheral area (Rifredi) of Florence, but connected to the center with a nearby tram (T1 15' route). Spacious and clean room, helpful and available staff. A small flaw: the sliding door of the bathroom, a bit wobbly. It's the second time we stay here: better the room facing the interior. The one on the street is affected a bit by the traffic below. It definitely remains a reference point for our stays in Florence. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment a short distance from the center, with supermarket at 50 meters and tram line at 100 meters, very easy but characteristic and with a great value for money for the splendid city where it is located.
