Excellent location, literally 3 minutes from Santa Maria Novella station. The Duomo and other points of interest in the center are a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, except for personal hygiene products; I recommend bringing them. In any case, there are two supermarkets a 2- and a 5-minute walk away. Coffee and biscuits are provided in the apartment, along with condiments and the main kitchen utensils. A bit noisy at night because the apartment is on the first floor on a fairly busy street, but nothing serious. For light sleepers, earplugs are recommended. The owner is very helpful and kind. Communication is easy.

Well renovated apartment, very comfortable. The bathroom is small, without a bidet, but it has a large shower and a handheld shower. Excellent location, five minutes from the station and close to all the sights that can be comfortably reached on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.
