We stayed only 1 night at Sabino's lovely apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. We loved the location. It was easy to get from the train station and so close to all of the historical sites. Sabino was kind enough to secure a taxi for our trip to the airport. And then he came down to the corner and waited for the taxi with us. What a kind man. I hope to stay longer next time.

Sabino was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond in helping us to solve a problem with our car rental. The room was clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location. I would recommend staying here, but I also recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping. It is located on a very well-trafficked street and noisy at night.

This was an amazing place to stay. The whole room and bathroom were so beautiful and nicely renovated. It was located right in the heart of Florence, next to great restaurants, and Train/bus lines. There was no A/C in the room so I was worried about the summer heat, but the room had two large ceiling fans that kept the room cool. The room had several windows but due to ambient noise on the street and our early morning wake up calls we kept them close. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We liked our stay at the Floralia B&B! It is located a few meters from the Duomo, in the middle of the center. Sabino is a perfect host. He is always available when you need him. The B&B is very clean. At night it can be noisy, with earplugs the problem is solved.

We just had 4 great nights at Floralia B&B! It was a cost-effective and very comfortable option for us. There was no air conditioning, but that was not a drawback even though the weather was 25-27°C each day. After a day of seeing the sights, we would come home and open up the 3 large windows for airflow. 2 fans kept us comfortable all night long. Be aware that this is on a busy street with street noise as the businesses close up in the wee hours and noise again in the morning as they set up shop. Not a problem at all if you travel with earplugs. FYI, this is a cash-only business and you will need to have cash for the nightly rate as well as the municipal accommodation tax. Thanks, Sabino! Hope to stay there again some day.

Even though I only stayed a short time, I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower worked well. Most importantly, as a solo female traveler, I felt safe. Sabino and his family were so accommodating and kind, wonderful people. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing property with awesome hosts. The property is very well located in the center of the city. Hosts are very welcoming and we had an amazing time with them. The only problem is that the Wifi connection is very weak, especially in the room we were staying in. All in all, a fantastic stay with fantastic hosts.

Ideal location to visit Florence: 100 meters from the Santa Maria del Fiore Duomo. Calm at night? Sabino is a great host, and the room is clean with a very comfortable bed. Great price for value. I recommend.

We loved our stay in Florence! Sabino was very welcoming and spoke English wonderfully, which was very helpful. We are less than a block from the Duomo, which is fantastic! Our room was spacious and clean. The windows overlooked a busy street, which was nice for us to see the city life, but made it a bit noisy at night, but it was not an issue for us. Fresh espresso made just for us every morning. Selection of meats, cheeses, toast, individually wrapped pastries, juices, yogurt also provided. We were so happy we decided to stay an additional night before heading home.

Sabino is very kind as a host. My partner and I loved the location of this place as it was super central, only a few minutes from the Duomo!\n\nOnly areas for improvement might be: possibly some different breakfast options (e. g. fresh croissants) and also the fact that the sound can travel down the hallway in the early morning/late at night (otherwise the place is nice and quiet).\n\nThanks for the nice stay Sabino! Such a wonderful stay at Floralia B&B. Sabino and Silvia were great hosts, were great communicating with me and helped me bring my bags up. They also let me leave my bags after checkout. The location is absolutely unbeatable in terms of how central it is. It’s also very quiet because the rooms are to the back of the building and so sweetly decorated. Bed was also comfortable. Great for budget and quality. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and well arranged, with everything necessary. However, my room was in a quiet location, with the window facing three walls. However, the neighboring guests were rude, returning at midnight, speaking loudly and turning on the television. The hosts are not responsible for this, it is advisable to bring earplugs on vacation, it is safer. Remember to ask Sabino about the payment method. I discovered it upon arrival and wasted half an hour looking for an ATM with cash, while I only had one evening in Florence. It is frustrating.

Everything was perfect. A very friendly welcome. Nice room with private bathroom. Even a kettle in the room and a selection of tea. The room is very central, around the corner from the cathedral and about a 10-minute walk from the station. However, it was absolutely quiet. Thank you for the hospitality and all the best.

We really liked the B&B Floralia. It is located just about 100 meters from the Duomo, so in the heart of Florence. Sabino was very open and helpful. The breakfast was small but sufficient. The value for money is excellent. All in all, the B&B Floralia comes highly recommended.

The place in the city is excellent, just a stone's throw from all the tourist attractions and the train station. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable for 2 days, warm and VERY noisy as the windows overlook a very busy street and there is poor soundproofing, so the noises until around midnight and from 5am onwards do not allow for proper rest. The room in the 2 days I stayed was NOT cleaned, the waste bin was not emptied, soap or shampoo in the bathroom was not replenished, the cups for making tea or any type of infusion were not washed. It does not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans, nor a minibar. The price of €120 per night is expensive in relation to the quality.

I stayed for 2 days due to an issue with another accommodation and I deeply regret not having booked this place for my entire stay in Florence. The room is spacious, there is a desk, they provide an electric kettle and a selection of teas. Impeccably clean and the caretakers are loving, both speak Spanish. If anything was not a 10, it was the shower box, I could barely fit in. Other than that, hot and plentiful water, and again, I say impeccable everything. I will return if I come back to Florence.

My partner and I stayed at this B&B on 12/06. The location is excellent as it is situated right in the center behind the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The place is clean, and the room is nice, spacious, and cozy. Sabino, the owner, is a really kind, helpful, friendly, and nice person. If there are other opportunities, we will certainly return with pleasure. P.S. Being in the city center, the street is busy, and early in the morning, they come to clean the drains, and I highly recommend keeping the windows closed.

Very welcoming B&B, beautiful double room with all the necessary amenities, right in the historic center a stone's throw from the station, in the heart of Florence's nightlife. The manager, Sabino, is very friendly and helpful in giving us advice on how to get around the city. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back.

The B&B as well as Mr. Sabino were the ray of sunshine in a trip practically under the rain. Despite everything, the stay was pleasant given the central location of the structure and the beauty of the city of Florence.

We spent two pleasant nights at the B&B on New Year's weekend: the room was nice and cozy, warm, clean sheets, TV. The bathroom was not a problem even if not in the room (at least for ours), just had to leave the room to reach it, very spacious and equipped with towels, hairdryer, and soaps. Breakfast was like in a hotel with several things to choose from in a large and well-furnished room. The owners were kind both by phone and during the stay, friendly and attentive to every request. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Florence comfortably and without spending too much!
