The B&B Dimora Salviati welcomes you in a period Art Nouveau villa from the mid-19th century. Located at the foot of the splendid Fiesole hill, in one of the most beautiful and greenest neighborhoods of Florence, it is just 10 minutes from both the city center and the archaeological site of Fiesole, easily reachable by transport services.

Near us you can find the Mandela Forum, the Campo di Marte sports fields and the Artemio Franchi stadium, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes.

The 5 spacious and bright rooms are all with private bathroom and offer modern comforts such as satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, minibar and safe.

The heating and air conditioning are adjustable according to your needs.

The villa is surrounded by a large Italian garden with centuries-old trees and two pitches with chairs and tables to relax and enjoy the greenery. Some parking spaces are also available inside the structure. Thanks to a recent restoration, carried out respecting the style and architectural elements of the time, our B&B offers its guests modern comforts for a peaceful stay in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

This is a very nice bed and breakfast hotel in a spectacular building. Not too difficult to drive to from the motorway. The hostess is very welcoming, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It is convenient for bus stop to and from the city centre, only five minutes' walk away, and there is an excellent informal local restaurant literally across the road, La Bottega Bordo, with a good range of dishes at reasonable prices. The B&B charges 12€ per night to park your car in the grounds but then you know it's secure behind a locked gate.

A beautiful, peaceful dwelling surrounded by a lovely garden, just a stone's throw from the center in one of the most beautiful areas of Florence. I highly recommend it.

Nice property, efficient and courteous management. Excellent cleanliness. Only flaw the location, the street that runs alongside the property is very busy and the rooms facing this street are very noisy.
