The apartment is an old farmhouse in the countryside completely renovated. The place is strategic to visit the nearby thermal baths and the ancient villages in the area. Strongly suggested!

The house is situated in a quiet location with a great view in beautiful countryside and has a huge garden. The breakfast was plentiful for an Italian breakfast, with cake, yogurt, butter and jam. But by German standards, 'real bread' or rolls, cold cuts and cheese were missing. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. A better contact was unfortunately hampered by the fact that we did not speak Italian and they did not have a good command of any other foreign language. Nevertheless, a very recommendable accommodation.

Great location of the house with a large garden, lovingly furnished and very clean rooms, and very welcoming hosts. During breakfast, we would have liked a bit more variety and fresher baked goods. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there. Otherwise, would come back anytime.

Excellent everything! I arrived at sunset and the view from the hill where the Casale Giacomini is located was a dream. The room very comfortable and the breakfast very complete. I recommend it, especially if you travel by car, as reaching it on foot can be a bit tedious. Very close to the Cascata del Mulino thermal baths.

Perfect location for any kind of holiday. Half an hour from the sea and 10 minutes from the Saturnia hot springs. It's a magical place where the watchword is relaxation. Well cared for and run by a wonderful couple who make you feel at home. We will definitely return.

The structure and garden are well cared for by the owners. The surrounding panorama is spectacular. The jacuzzi in the garden is a real delight. In the room assigned to us, there was no fridge, which in my opinion would be appreciated in the summer season.

🌿 A corner of peace in the heart of Maremma. We had an unforgettable stay at Casale Giacomini. The farmhouse, finely restored in respect of Tuscan architecture, is immersed in the tranquility of the Manciano countryside. The rooms, tastefully furnished in the style of poor art, are spacious, spotless, and equipped with every comfort. Every detail conveys care and authenticity. A relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always ready to recommend itineraries and restaurants in the area.

Everything is very good. Regarding breakfast, it would be advisable to provide glasses and water or fruit juice. It's a simple detail, nothing serious.

The owner is not very friendly and very distrustful. Argumentative at reception and complicated for payment. She didn't have a card terminal and wanted cash of her liking. Breakfast is scarce and miserable. Location on a bumpy dirt road of 500 meters. I do not recommend it, you do not feel comfortable like I found in many others.

We stayed for one night, what can I say the place is wonderful, the view around Manciano and the countryside leaves you speechless, the rooms have a rustic style and remind a lot of country cottages, the owners are an elderly couple who take care of the B&B all year with love and dedication. We will definitely return because it was spring and the hot tub was off :(

Splendid farmhouse, located in a dominant position on top of a hill from which it overlooks an extraordinary panorama in all directions, from the sea to the mountains. Completely renovated preserving the materials and traditional architecture of the place, it is surrounded by a large, very large, garden, in whose well-kept spaces, adorned with shady trees, plants, and flowers, one can relax in tranquility, enjoying the many "relax" corners set up by Maura and Giancarlo to enjoy the sunset over the Tyrrhenian Sea, rather than the view of the Manciano rock or even just the sweet and well-kept countryside in which it is immersed. We were welcomed and followed with cordiality, care, and attention, and hosted in rooms furnished with taste and sobriety, without lacking anything. The television is small? But next to it there is a window overlooking a splendid panorama that, at dawn, is worth much more than a news bulletin! There is no shower box, but a shower tray with those uncomfortable plastic curtains? But after a day in the thermal waters of Saturnia, there is certainly no need to linger in the shower! Is breakfast simple and essential? Could it be better? I rather believe it is more than enough: a bit of fruit, some homemade sweets, yogurt, milk, coffee, rusks, butter, jam, and Nutella. Just enough and more than what is needed. In any case, the relationship between the quality of hospitality and the price requested undoubtedly places this structure at the top in the area. With the savings compared to other structures, even of lesser quality, forget about breakfast! You can reserve a hearty lunch or dinner in one of the good restaurants in the area! However, this farmhouse is the jewel box in which a splendid couple lives, who have the pleasure of hosting polite and passionate guests of beautiful things. Maura and Giancarlo have made it their home, where they welcome, with care, those who want to relax in a simple, elegant, and nature-immersed environment. I would gladly return and you would do well to come too!

We had a good stay, only downside was the price that was not updated, so we found an extra cost.

Mrs. Maura and her husband are exquisite people who provide special attention to customers showing an uncommon availability, seasoned with a healthy Tuscan humor that makes them unique.\nThe structure is beautiful, located on a hill with breathtaking views that can be comfortably enjoyed from the sun loungers placed in strategic points.\nWe found hospitality, familiarity and above all authentic relaxation. We will certainly come back, hoping that the anti-Covid regulations will allow us a breakfast with typical products instead of packaged ones. But this obviously does not depend on the operators.\nReally compliments to the operators for the excellent work they do with passion and dedication!

We stayed for 2 days in this paradise on top of a hill with an incredible view. There is always a pleasant breeze here that, under the holm oak, makes the sunset an unforgettable spectacle. Then there's Maura, the owner, a kind and vibrant woman. Top hospitality. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, breakfast was not with typical products and the Jacuzzi was not available: a great reason to come back! Thanks for the beautiful stay. Ps: a big hug to Rocco from my daughter.

The structure is splendid, a Casale Giacomini in Tuscany immersed in greenery and easily reachable from Manciano. We were greeted by very kind managers and we spent unforgettable days. If we can, we will gladly return!

Loving care for all the details is definitely the added value of Casale Giacomini. We stayed for 4 days. Casale Giacomini is a wonderful property, certainly the most beautiful in the area thanks to its location. The owners are friendly, kind, helpful, and attentive. The jacuzzi in the garden overlooking the valley is food for body and soul. We will come back.

An enchanting place, where the harmony between the house and the environment is in tune. The hosts are very hospitable, friendly in making the holiday profitable. Mrs. Maura is truly amazing, taking care of the details of the house, but also of the extensive garden, where there are corners for every need. Truly a well-made choice, definitely to recommend.

A beautiful farmhouse, cared for down to the smallest details. A fabulous garden to say the least. An enchanting view that stretches all the way to the sea passing through the beautiful village of Manciano and the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast with exquisite homemade cakes and jams. The landlady is nice, friendly but not intrusive. A touch of sympathy is provided by the dog Rocco and the cat Filippo who, hating each other cordially, spend the day laying in wait; both lovers of cuddles and scratches but absolutely "discreet". Convenient for the Sturnia thermal baths and for visiting the many splendid villages nearby. The whirlpool tub is fabulous, a bit secluded from Casale Giacomini, and overlooks a breathtaking panorama.
