Excellent structure designed in the smallest detail, nothing is left to chance and there is an exceptional attention to guests, we who were traveling with a 4-year-old child also found children's books prepared for us. Strategic location near the supermarket and convenient for those traveling by ship. A special praise to the owner for kindness and availability, we will definitely come back.

We stayed at this property for two nights at the end of June 2024 and had a great time. The accommodation was very clean, renovated, and well equipped with everything. It was an apartment of about 90 square meters, consisting of a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, a living room with balcony, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen with an adjoining veranda balcony. Additionally, there is free parking inside the condominium. The landlady was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed and allowed us to leave the apartment beyond the official check-out time. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Livorno.

I highly recommend this apartment in Livorno, very beautiful, clean and elegant, equipped with everything. The landlady is exceptional. Kind, caring, polite and ready to help you with everything. For those arriving by car, there is the possibility to park inside the condominium, which is very important because parking on the street is not always available. If I have the need, I will definitely return.

Casabati is a complete apartment where the homeowner leaves nothing missing! I went on vacation with two friends and for each of us, there was a set of towels and bathrobes, also there were hairdryers, sanitary pads, makeup remover wipes, and everything needed for any eventuality. Silvia, the homeowner, lives right in front of the apartment and is very helpful and welcoming, right from the start she helped us settle in by giving us advice on where to eat or how to get around. The b&b is in a strategic location from which you can reach the center within a few minutes on foot or by public transport.
