Easily reachable. Quiet area. Excellent location for reaching Vecchiano beach. Comfortable and clean room. Good value for money. There are excellent traditional trattorias nearby. Excellent welcome and helpfulness from Giulia.

The positive judgment on all fronts is also given above all by the host Giulia. Welcoming, availability, and sympathy in a environment cared for in every detail (also with attention to the needs of the little ones). Easily reachable and strategic location to reach the sea, mountains, art cities, nature trails. Some bicycles available to guests: there is a cycle path on the river bank and paths to reach the sea in a wild and spectacular stretch. Highly recommended! Thank you Giulia! Very familiar, colorful, quiet location. Homely breakfast. The host Giulia welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, also booked seats for dinner, her father delighted us with a nice conversation and a visit to his wonderful garden, as well as his delicious capers. An experience to remember.

Pro: affordability, location, private parking, sleep quality. Cons: lack of air conditioning, shortage of courtesy set and scarcity of towels (guest was missing). Declared Wi-Fi but without clear indications on operation and password. Breakfast just sufficient in a context not entirely in line with anti-COVID regulations. Inability to make electronic payments.

If you want a quiet, simple yet welcoming place, near the sea and a few kilometers from the city of Pisa, well-kept and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax or simply have breakfast, managed by courteous and very hospitable people, Casa Tognetti is definitely the place for you.

Immersed in greenery and close to the main local attractions, the rooms of the Casa Tognetti property are simple, clean, and equipped with a private bathroom. The internal parking and the hospitality of the Tognetti family are not to be underestimated. Highly recommended for the right quality/price ratio. Breakfast kindly offered.
