Our B&B is located at Serre district of Rapolano Terme with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme San Giovanni, Terme Antica Querciolaia), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Casa Titty" is design with meticulous attention to detail, a lovely, refined building.

My wife and I stayed for 6 nights here. It was fantastic. Ilaria and her family made us feel very welcome. She even shared some of her wonderful home made bread and cakes us, they were delicious. The apartment was clean and modern. A perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day exploring the Tuscan countryside. The town has a few restaurants which are family run, and they are great value and great food. We loved our time in Tuscany, thank you Ilaria for your gracious hospitality.

It was truly a discovery, beautiful of course. It's been two years since I had to, and wanted to, have thermal treatments at Terme di Rapolano and I had never considered Serre di Rapolano, which I know well for its beauty and 'chic' and which I thought was too expensive for my budget. Here at Casa Titty I was proven wrong and I am happy about it. Truly a fairytale place with an incredible quality/price ratio in 'my' Tuscany now dominated by a hit-and-run tourism or by agriturismos with many stars. And then to find a host like Ilaria, a truly special person who knows... everything :D. In September I will do the second round of treatments and as soon as I have the exact dates,... I will run to book with Ilaria. Don't miss out on this gem.

Ilaria is an impeccable, attentive and courteous host. She takes into account all requests and provides a house complete with everything, where you can perfectly organize meals independently. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, while the new bathroom with shower is beautiful. We didn't miss anything, the weekend flew by!

We stayed at this property in late October 2022. We had a great time, Ilaria and her husband were very kind and super friendly, and we truly felt at home. The B&B is in a great location, an independent solution as it is actually a spacious apartment, close by are the beautiful thermal baths of Rapolano. Wonderful panorama, we really appreciated the autumn colors since we were surrounded by a forest but close to the town and then... how can we not mention Ilaria's fantastic tart! Thank you for everything... we truly felt at home and hope to return soon!

Short but truly pleasant stay. Welcomed by Ilaria: a perfect and friendly host. She takes care of her guests in every detail. Makes you feel comfortable right away. Self-contained apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything and more. Located in a strategic position to go to the Thermal Baths and to visit the surroundings. The tart prepared by Ilaria for breakfast was delicious. Also, the rose cutting she gave us upon departure was highly appreciated. When I return to the area, it will be our reference point. Thank you.

Posso dirvi che l'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo, pulito, situato in un posto molto suggestivo, in un centro con delle buone terme per famiglie (antica querciolaia), in posizione strategica tra Siena e Arezzo. Ma il vero punto di forza sono Ilaria e Stefano, una coppia che ci ha fatto sentire non solo ospiti, ma amici, persone di casa, quasi come in famiglia. Grazie ancora.

Struttura carina che, grazie alla sua posizione elevata, ti offre un panorama suggestivo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene: Ilaria, la proprietaria, ha dimostrato molta disponibilità verso qualsiasi nostra necessità e soprattutto si è rivelata un'ottima cuoca (molto buona la crostata). Pulizia accurata, colazione abbondante che a nostro parere sono conformi al prezzo richiesto. Se dovesse ricapitare l'occasione di dover pernottare di nuovo in questa zona sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Ho soggiornato 4 giorni in questa struttura con mio marito e il cane Missi. Siamo stati molto bene, sembra di essere a casa. Ilaria, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e premurosa, sempre pronta ed attenta alle necessità degli ospiti. Ottima cuoca, ci preparava per la colazione squisiti dolci, attenta a prepararli senza glutine come le avevo richiesto. Struttura ristrutturata recentemente e tenuta benissimo, pulita ed ordinata. Ci ha fatto anche da dog-sitter per la nostra cagnolina. Torneremo sicuramente.

Situato in un paese molto bello e caratteristico, la struttura gode di un panorama mozzafiato, colline senesi. Dalla stessa è facile raggiungere le località turistiche della zona. La proprietaria, molto cordiale e simpatica, è sempre presente e molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Sicuramente un riscontro più che positivo.

Un soggiorno veramente delizioso. Incontrare Ilaria è come rivedere una cugina che non vedi da un po di tempo. Ci si sente subito a casa. L'appartamentino è delizioso, è situato in una posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni. Nei paraggi oltre alle Terme devo segnalare un'ottima cucina a prezzi veramente competitivi. Per gli amanti della carne e del buon vino questa è la zona giusta. Grazie.

Struttura da consigliare vivamente, per la posizione in campagna (finalmente ho dormito senza rumori fino alle 9:30, un miracolo per me che vengo dalla città!), per la vicinanza a tutto (città turistiche e terme) ma soprattutto per Ilaria, che ti mette talmente a tuo agio da sembrare lei l'ospite! Provare per credere!

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte qui a casa Titty, da sabato 07/12 a domenica 08/12 ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla gentilezza e ospitalità dei proprietari, persone veramente alla mano. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, caldo e molto accogliente, con tutto il necessario (fono nuovissimo, TV funzionante!). Per colazione Ilaria ci ha portato due buonissime crostatine fatte da lei e comunque in casa c'era veramente di tutto e di più! Soddisfatti in tutto e per tutto, spero di poterci tornare presto!

Ho soggiornato la scorsa settimana soltanto un paio di giorni c/o la casa di Titty. Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate benissimo: l'appartamento è davvero bello, pulito, non manca nulla. Attrezzato di tutto quanto può essere utile in una vera casa, dai prodotti per la pulizia, la tv (funzionante e nuova), il phon con gli ioni. Comunque, a parte questo, siamo state davvero bene, ci siamo sentite davvero come a casa nostra. Ilaria ci ha addirittura preparato la cena. Ci siamo sentite a casa. L'unico punto nero è la strada per arrivare, purtroppo siamo abituate in città ad ogni comfort ma dopo il primo giorno ero già a mio agio e guidavo senza problemi (si tratta di un tratto brevissimo comunque, ma non essendo molto pratica alla guida...). Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, soprattutto per la cordialità del gestore (non così facile da trovare).

Ho soggiornato in questo carinissimo B&B una sola notte ma sarei rimasto molto di più potendo. Struttura nuova, pulita, attrezzata. La nostra sistemazione era un vero e proprio appartamento con camera bagno cucina e giardino. Cucina con tutto ciò che serve per farsi una bella colazione quando si vuole e in più la fantastica proprietaria, gentilissima ci ha preparato una magnifica crostata. Giuro. Spettacolare. Varrebbe la pena tornare anche solo per quella. Posizione buona anche per le terme che si raggiungono in pochi minuti di moto nel mio caso. Consigliatissima!
