To offer our guests the best quality and the best guarantee of hygiene that has always characterized us, breakfast will be served in one of the patisserie bars with which we have agreements among which our guests can freely choose, starting from 7am until 12pm. We also have an agreement with a pastry bar that offers gluten-free, vegetarian, and lactose-free products. The best for all needs!

We were charmed by the hospitality of the owners of Casa Rowe B&B, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodation, the comfortable mattress and pillows. In the bar opposite, you could have a light breakfast and drink a cappuccino from the friendly bartenders. The house is located not far from the station on a quiet street. Florence is easily reached in 30-50 minutes by train, which runs several times an hour. We highly recommend this accommodation for a visit to Tuscany.

The structure is well organized for the essentials of a short stay. Room equipped with all comforts. Excellent cleanliness. The manager (Giuliano) is a delightful person and available to meet your requests (when possible). Great for the location (outside the ZTL area but just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and the Pistoia train station)!

Great location and cleanliness. The room was cozy. It's a shame that the air conditioning didn't work when the outside temperature was 36 degrees. They informed us after our payment. Little attention to details (insufficient bath products).

Clean room up to standard. I spent a night sweating due to the heat. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the temperature and humidity of the room and contacted the owner by phone 2 times within 3 hours to report the issue. I only received reassurances about setting the air at 22 degrees, which however did not match the room temperature. The owner did not come to check before the night, forcing us to a sleepless and sweaty night. Later, I received a text message the following evening (when we left) stating that everything was fine and that previous guests had not complained. The subjectivity of temperature perception was mentioned and there was insistence on the same air conditioner setting for everyone. A strange argument, a single setting for everyone (not corresponding to the room temperature) but then subjective perception is mentioned... And why not let the customer manage the air, considering that "perception is subjective?". Breakfast not served on site but a voucher is provided to be used at the bar, equivalent to 5 euros per person. So, 2 guests are entitled to 10 euros to spend at the bar. The level of breakfast is up to you to judge... We had to pay an extra amount as our breakfast would have cost 11.50 euros! Definitely inadequate service.

Ci dispiace Sig. Quarantini della recensione davvero poco obiettiva e inutilmente polemica. La pulizia nella nostra struttura viene fatta da un'impresa di pulizie altamente qualificata e definirla nello standard, già dimostra le Sue intenzioni volte inutilmente a screditarci. Il nostro sistema di condizionamento è altamente tecnologico e sofisticato, e per legge la temperatura deve essere regolata a non meno di 25°C. Ripeto: per legge. Quindi per cortesia, prima di esprimere la Sua opinione su quanto sia giusto o meno, si informi. Esiste un metodo oggettivo di misurazione della temperatura ed è quello che adottiamo noi: con un termometro. Se Lei è particolarmente sensibile ad una temperatura che tuttavia rispetta la regolamentazione nazionale non può essere una motivazione sufficiente per indurci a trasgredire una legge. Per quello che riguarda la colazione, le ricordo che ha ricevuto un voucher che poteva utilizzare in uno dei 5 bar con noi convenzionati che offrono un servizio colazione dalle ore 7 alle ore 12, con offerta di colazione dolce, salata, di pasticceria, vegetariana, e vegana. Tutti prodotti freschi di giornata. Se Lei non è riuscito a trovare qualcosa di Suo gradimento ci dispiace, ogni tanto capitano persone impossibili da accontentare.

Breakfast not provided, but there is a series of affiliated bars where you can spend 5 euros each. Maintenance needs improvement: missing door lock lever and two non-functioning bedside lamps. Otherwise, all good.

Excellent facility completely renovated in an original way, beautiful rooms equipped with everything, very clean. Great location just a few minutes from the center, convenient breakfast solution with vouchers to be presented at nearby bars. Giuliano was kind and available for any eventuality but it was a great stay with no problems. Highly recommended.

The B&B is located in the heart of Pistoia, just a few steps from the main street and the historical beauties of the city. We had a great time and highly recommend it to those who want to stay in Pistoia.

Excellent stay, very nice and clean room as well as the bathroom. Mrs. Stella and her husband are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in a nearby bar is plentiful and good. Also used the parking near the Casa Rowe Bed and Breakfast. What can I say, if you stay in Pistoia I highly recommend it.

Great solution. The B&B is ideal for reaching Florence, Lucca, Prato, etc. The only flaw I found is the window frames. A bit too old and therefore do not acoustically isolate since the rooms overlook a main and busy road. Nothing else to say.
