I give a 9 for value for money only because there is no TV in the bedroom and, since I go to bed early, I would have liked to watch a movie. Otherwise everything was excellent. Laura is exceptional and helpful (as is her husband). The place is very clean and the house very cozy (there is a TV in the living room). I will definitely return to Laura if I need to spend nights in Arezzo.
