Beautiful villa with lots of flowers and games for children. Very close to the sea. Very welcoming and friendly host who speaks French. Studio with a bedroom with a double bed separated by a curtain from the other room with 2 single beds with kitchen, air conditioning, and bathroom. Small private outdoor space with a table. Very pleasant holiday home.

Small apartment, modern and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need, very kind and helpful managers, very close to the institute where we visited... we will definitely come back.

The owner is available and punctual. He kindly agreed to pick us up from Livorno port and then took us to Pisa airport at a more convenient price than a taxi. He is ready to promptly solve all problems and is always in touch. Good location - 200 meters from the Conad store, 5 minutes from the beach. There is a playground in the area.

The structure is immersed in greenery with beautiful plants. The place is very peaceful and we rested very well. Those looking for tranquility are in the right place. The manager was always available and helpful for every need. We had a good time.

The owner is very helpful and kind and offers his customers an excellent stay. Very comfortable tricolor with everything we needed just steps from the sea.

Appartamento molto carino anche se in po' vecchiotto rispetto alle foto. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia nel suo complesso.

Ciao Marco, grazie per la recensione. Mi spiace per la pulizia, normalmente è uno dei nostri punti di forza, peccato non me lo avete fatto notare durante il soggiorno, avremmo rimediato. Sono in arrivo inoltre i nuovi infissi fra 20 giorni, porte e finestre nuove per il 2021!!

Bellissimo posto immerso nel verde, a due passi dal mare. La casa è molto pulita e silenziosa, in giardino ci sono i giochi per i bambini, disponibili agli inquilini. Andreas è molto gentile e disponibile, e la zona è ben fornita. A due passi da Pisa e da Livorno.

Bel posto, molto accogliente e comodo per la vicinanza al mare, ideale per famiglie. Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza e disponibilità da Andreas e la sua famiglia e abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale per una settimana. Completo di tutto: cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia funzionale, condizionatore, televisione e wifi, in più molto utili la zona esterna riservata con sdraio e tavolo, il parcheggio personale e la zona gioco per bambini. Lo consiglio a tutti e credo proprio che ci ritorneremo!
