A simple but convenient room right in the centre of Florence, close to everything, and right opposite to the famous Pompi Tiramisu! The room had a window to the inner of the building, so there was no view, but it was quiet and I think that this combination (really central and quiet) is great. Price for this location and Florence price standards is excellent.

Our stay at Casa Billi was very nice, perfect location and welcoming host. The shared bathroom was not always clean as some guests can be a bit less respectful.

Ideally located in the city centre and very quiet. However, the studio is an attic with no natural light where you cannot stand up. The mattress is at the end of its life and the bed base is unsuitable. In the bathroom the water is lukewarm and flows in a very thin stream. Lots of dust, a poorly equipped and dirty kitchen. A very distressing experience. Thanks to Lorenzo for agreeing to change our room, which was less distressing. But even if the mattress were better it remains uncomfortable, a little more water in the bathroom but still insufficient and lukewarm and a lot of dust. Excessively expensive for minimal comfort.

Very good location in Florence. The room was simple but acceptable. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Please note the check-in times. Check-in is only possible until 15:09.

The area is very close to the city center. The reception is adequate. The single room has a child-sized bed and the mattress is very soft. The television is an 18" monitor. Too many guests share the bathroom. The shower dimensions are minimal; one can barely get in if overweight. The water pressure is nonexistent.

Hi Gerardo it is the first time since 1951 that someone has complained about the size of the single bed, even if you read the most negative reviews Our beds are all standard sizes, they are not bigger, they are not smaller, all with Dorelan and Eminflex mattresses, because for us the quality of sleep is more important than having useless things placed there to capture easy reviews. and this is clearly described and visible in the photo. rather it occurs to me that if you prefer a double bed, take a good look at the photos next time or book a double use single: in this way how you did it is like needing to rent a car to carry your bags and then getting a bike instead because it costs a lot less and complaining because you had to pedal. I won't comment on the water pressure because you're the only one here to say it: perhaps there was a temporary water problem (it's still a building from the 1700s... ) a hug and I hope to be able to host you next time Ps: the photos must be looked at and the descriptions must be read and understood why I paid to have them there.
