Brezza della Primavera

A dreamy holiday! We stayed in Pisa for 10 days and the accommodation was delightful. It is a beautiful apartment between the airport and the hospital. However, this is not bothersome at all, as the air traffic is barely noticeable. It only takes a 5-minute walk to reach the bus stop and easily access the city. Surrounding cities such as Florence, Lucca, or the island of Elba are easily reachable as well. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean. It has everything you need for a holiday, and above all, in top condition. The two landlords are very warm and take great care of their guests, reflecting the charm of Italy. We were not disappointed and would gladly return. Thank you for this wonderful holiday and stay in Pisa!

I stayed at the Brezza della Primavera 1, they should add wifi, improve the electric lighting which was very poor (burnt out light bulbs not replaced), expand the kitchen utensils (they were very limited), we didn't have changes of sheets, towels.\n\nThe apartment was impeccable and very clean. The owners were very attentive and pleasant. We were very comfortable, but they should take into account the small details mentioned above. Our satisfaction was 9.

I stayed in one of Mrs. Assuntina's houses in the middle of August. The structure is expensive overall, considering the services offered and the location. It is outside the center and is very inconvenient for Pisa when compared to many other bnb. From the very beginning, Mrs. Assuntina promised things that she later withdrew as we confirmed the bookings. Firstly, she promised breakfast and secondly, a private parking space. On the latter, she shamelessly lied, as it is a parking space along the street that is sometimes occupied. Her ultimate goal seemed to be the cashing in of money. On the third day, the showers no longer provided hot water. I must say that, being the penultimate day, we did not bother to call the host. The bed was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was poorly equipped with utensils and basic items like oil and salt, which are not mandatory but usually provided in other places. Furthermore, the landlady changed the requested payment methods several times, even demanding that we cancel bank transfers. Another major flaw of the apartment is the promotion of a smart TV, when in reality there is not even wifi. For some guests, the network is so poor as to be almost unusable. Finally, no information was provided on check-out once the money had been collected. In short, I strongly advise against staying in these apartments considering the services and treatment received.

Hello, I would like to thank the owner of the property for the excellent hospitality and availability without hesitation, I was a long-term guest both in the apartments and in the shared house with other guests. Equally deserving of thanks is the owner's collaborator who, with seriousness and professionalism, performs an impeccable role in cleaning and sanitizing the property. Extremely kind and helpful managers. Extremely clean and comfortable environments. Furnishings in perfect condition. Heating and air conditioning system. The location is far from the city center but a stone's throw from the new Cisanello hospital (convenient for those who need to access the facility). Free parking (no blue lines).

I stayed in a single room for health reasons, and I must say that the proximity to the hospital allows you to park your car and pick it up when you leave. Cozy, clean environment equipped with shower gel, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, towels and bathrobes, and a private mini-fridge. The room is adequately air-conditioned, I never felt hot despite the outside temperature being very high. Comfortable bed. Daily cleaning. Mrs. Dina, the B&B owner, is truly a kind and caring person. I highly recommend it!

Spacious room with everything you need and more. Cozy, comfortable, clean environment. Equipped with a kitchen if needed. Despite being a shared apartment, there were no issues with excessively loud guests, perhaps also due to the room layout. Provided with towels and soap/shampoo/shower gel/hairdryer. Comfortable and large beds (the single one was a queen size). A true vacation.\n\nThe only problem is the relative distance from the center; during the day, thanks to the bus connections, the issue is manageable, but late at night it can be critical.

I stayed in a room with a private bathroom in an apartment with two other rooms, each also with a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen. I rated it 8 because it is well-presented, considering it is in a 7-story building. The apartment is very clean, and daily cleaning and room arrangement are carried out. The owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is not provided. The kitchen area has a table, sink, and microwave oven. Each room has its own fully functional mini-fridge. The wi-fi did not work well. The location is strategic for those needing proximity to Cisanello Hospital (less than 100 m on foot). Very quiet area. Outdoor parking is available, but in a fenced area with an automatic barrier.

Brand new apartment, comfortable, located very close to the hospital. The owner is very kind, friendly, and helpful. We will contact her again soon to book again.

I paid the tourist tax when instead it was already included in the purchased package.

My boyfriend and I were guests of Mrs. Assuntina and we recommend this property for its location not far from the city center. The owner was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival, the room is exactly as in the photos posted on the website, clean and spacious. The only flaw that I feel the need to mention is the lack of breakfast that was included in the reservation.

It was a very pleasant stay, the B&B is easily accessible both on foot and by public transport and is served very well, parking is also available, the rooms are tastefully furnished, very well maintained even for the daily cleanings. The owner is truly helpful and able to solve any issue. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at Brezza della Primavera as it is very close to Cisanello Hospital. The location is great for those who need to reach the hospital on foot. In the surrounding area, there is a pharmacy, the hospital, and a pizza bar. The area is also served by public transport. The property is very clean, and the rooms are bright and comfortable. The owner is always kind and helpful. There is the possibility to use the kitchen, but the refrigerator is disconnected, so only a few foods can be stored in the mini-fridge in the room. The only slightly annoying thing is that the linens were changed only once in seven days; however, the reason is environmental respect, so we accepted it.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the Cisanello hospital and the bus stop (Lam Rossa). Very friendly management and willing to satisfy any customer request. Impeccable cleanliness.

Kindness and seriousness honor Mrs. Tina, enchanting place and as if we were at our home, truly excellent.

Apartment furnished with taste and equipped with every comfort, the managers made the stay even more pleasant with their professionalism and exquisite availability.

I went to this Bed and Breakfast for personal reasons. I must say excellent. The apartment is really well taken care of, with taste including the rooms. There are all the comforts, nothing is missing, excellent cleanliness and order; moreover, it is very close to the hospital and public transport (5 minutes walk from the apartment), with which you can reach shopping centers, bars in a few minutes and the center of Pisa in just over 15 minutes.\n\nBut what pleased me the most is the owner, Mrs. Tina, a wonderful person, in the true sense of the word, discreet who left me the apartment right from the start, in trust, at complete disposal. I am still in contact with her and she will always be in my heart.\n\nIf you will read the review, thank you Tina, I am very happy to have met you on my journey.\n\nA big kiss Eleonora.

The room was really nice, super cozy, comfortable, with a small terrace for smoking, all new and modern. Extremely clean. The owners are incredibly kind, delightful people, like staying with relatives. Regarding the B&B's location, it's next to the Cisanello hospital (I stayed there because I had things to do there), the city center is easily reachable by bus that runs every fifteen minutes. The neighborhood is on the outskirts, with ups and downs (I was alone and didn't feel very safe when I was out at night). Good breakfast, with toast, jam, coffee, milk, and snacks. Enjoy.

The Brezza della Primavera is not only in the name but also in the hospitable apartment and in the warm welcome of Mrs. Tina, who is available to make the stay more comfortable. Commenting on the location is superfluous, easier to see than to say, the hospital is four steps away. I hope to return with my family for a relaxing stay. Recommended for short and long stays.

My parents and I stayed five nights in this fantastic little apartment. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, recently renovated and super clean, which is unfortunately not easy to find. The owner, Mrs. Tina, is a fantastic, very available, and very nice woman. The property is just a few steps from the hospital, very convenient to reach on foot, as it is impossible to do so by car. The apartment also has parking. Highly recommended.

The managers are very kind and helpful. The structure is in a quiet location and very convenient for going to the hospital, where we had to go. You can walk and there is a place to leave the car because otherwise at the hospital parking is paid. The room was nice, clean, as was the bathroom. Also for those who want to go to the center of Pisa the location is convenient. In a quarter of an hour by bus you can reach the station.
