The AC in the room did not work well, so it was too warm to sleep. When we were having breakfast, it was also very warm in the dining room because no AC was turned on. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The inn was well situated and within easy walking distance to the train station and Pisa sites. It was quiet and comfortable, the host superior in her assistance with local restaurants and directions. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a delightful stay! The host was friendly and accommodating, and provided us with everything we needed including maps and wonderful suggestions on places to visit in the area. Our only regret is we had to leave so early in the morning that we did not get a chance to say thank you and goodbye to our host.

Getting in and out of the Bed and Breakfast dei Cavalieri was very difficult because we had to manage three different keys as well as a remote opener, and she gave us verbal instructions on the keys, but didn’t tell us to use the remote opener outside of the eighth through the buttons. I suggested that she put something in writing including which key to use for which door, which button to use for the remote, and which door that opened, as well as specific directions on how to turn one particularly difficult key. We had to call her to come in at 10:30 PM to open the door because we didn’t know the peculiarities of that lock.

Hello Catherine normally I had explained you how to use the keys but it was only the key of your room and the key of the apartment that is a normal keys . And you had an easy automatic controller for the fron door. May be you were tired for the long journey but normally nobody has problems in fact other guest arrived at the same time of you had no problem to get in at the same hours. Anyway no problem.

Dei Cavalieri is a great place to stay. The property is positioned in a perfect location close to the Central Station and within walking distance to the main attractions. The room was immaculately clean. Paola is a helpful and friendly host and made us feel very welcome. Easy check-in and check-out, including late check-in, we could even leave our luggage a couple of hours after checking out to visit Pisa a bit more. We can really recommend this place!

A lovely, quirky gem. Close to the station and a 15-minute walk from the tower. Close to the main pedestrian precinct. Lovely balcony for guests to use. The host is very kind and flexible with keeping luggage. We plan to return!

The place has a great location, very close to the train station, walkable with big luggage too, nice and easy to walk to the tower, and we even walked to the airport (30 mins) from here. The room was great, spacious, clean, had extra pillows, and little Easter eggs were a lovely touch as we were there during Easter. The breakfast was good, full of sweets and cakes, and the host arranged gluten-free bread for me. We were able to leave our luggage after check-out and pick it up later, which was very convenient and we really appreciated it. Thank you for all your help Paola! We would definitely recommend this place!

2 nights in the red room upstairs, located above the building's elevator! Impossible to sleep properly. Beds too soft for our taste. Breakfast: only packaged (excuse of covid that we only had after 15 days of travel in Italy). And since everyone dips their hands in the sliced bread package, I struggle to understand). Public parking meter minimum 20€ per day. Only positive point: very warm welcome and central location.

Nicely furnished. The rooms were generally clean (except for mold in the shower). Well located with a view of the tower. Breakfast was very flexible, but only packaged items (nothing fresh). Overall the value for money was absolutely reasonable.

Cara simona la coazione è con prodotti confezionati perché ci viene imposto così, ai bb non è permessa la manipolazione dei cibi. Mi dispiace che è stato per te un problema ma questo è chiaramente scritto nella descrizione della struttura, inoltre più di una volta ho risposto ad altre recensioni sullo stesso argomento. E’ comunque una colazione varia che comprende tutto, a differenza di molti bb a Pisa che offrono 2 merendine e un succo di frutta piccolo. Oppure un voucher per il bar.

The room faced the street and was very noisy and stressful. Below was heavy traffic, a parking lot, and a bus stop. The bathroom was very small, dated, and had mold in the shower. The breakfast had to be prepared by oneself after explanation. It consisted exclusively of cheap convenience products, no fruit, no eggs, no fresh baked goods, only toast. Our stay at this B&B left us disappointed overall, so we do not recommend it.

In caso sarei io a rifiutare la tua prenotazione, hai lasciato la stanza molto sporca, il letto macchiato che ho dovuto cambiare anche il copri materasso, per non parlare delle asciugamani. Come fai a dire posizione 5 se siamo in pieno centro? Dal bb si vede la torre… e non aggiungo altro. Rapporto qualità prezzo, hai avuto a un prezzo basso una camera di ben 25 mq, con tutte le comodità, 2 televisori, 2 finestre… Sei arrivato con un ora di ritardo, hai messo un numero di telefono irraggiungibile e quindi io ero impossibilitata a poterti contattare. Non sei tu che non vorrai tornare qui, sono io che non voglio ospiti che danno problemi.

The B&B is located on the top floor of a 1960s building, with an elevator. The apartment is tastefully furnished and very welcoming. The feeling is to feel at home. The owner, Mrs. Paola, is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying at B&B dei Cavalieri because it is very clean, quiet, and the panoramic terrace overlooks Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and you can also see the Tower.

The location of B&B dei Cavalieri is excellent, very close to almost everything. For a tourist, it is great. The staff is very welcoming. One downside is that I could not make the payment with a card due to Internet issues. However, the price is excellent.

For an old man like me, the coffee machine is a bit complicated. The location is ideal for those arriving in Pisa by train but is very convenient for visiting the entire city on foot. I would go back.

First visit to the city, this Bed and Breakfast dei Cavalieri is close to every important place in Pisa. From the balcony, you can see the Tower. Splendid, comfortable, and spacious room. Good and abundant breakfast, I appreciated the freedom to eat at the most convenient time for me and the many options to choose from sweet or savory foods. You are completely autonomous to enter or exit the structure at will, and then exploring the city is very easy thanks to its central location. 10/10.

The Bed and Breakfast dei Cavalieri is really well kept, cute and located in an exceptional position. I stayed for one night passing through and I must say that it completely met my expectations and needs. It is a residential core where rooms have been created, very quiet, very clean and it gave us a family atmosphere. The host is very kind, she immediately recommended what to see in the city and where to eat. I will definitely return.

Comfortable room, abundant buffet breakfast (however, you can't make cappuccino). The location of the property is ideal for those like us arriving by train and a 15-minute walk from the middle bridge.

Very good location. Dated structure with quite heavy furniture. Breakfast with all packaged products. Good cleanliness, although among fake plants, curtains, drapes, etc... dust is not lacking. Honestly, it seemed much better at the time of booking.

The apartment was dusty, full of old and dusty knick-knacks, the worn-out carpets were receptacles for dust and dirt, the bathroom dirty and dusty. The breakfast was almost non-existent, with supermarket snacks. For the cost of the room, it is not worth it at all. There were absolutely no fruit juices, yogurts, cheeses, or cold cuts. The 3 "cakes" were clearly packaged from the supermarket. Socks were dirty after walking in the room, the bathroom door seal had a layer of dust. The chairs underneath had two layers of dust. The shower had moldy and limescale-filled seals. Hair and hairs in the bed linen. I think this is enough to say that it is a dirty room. I provided the document within 2 minutes on the clock. So no reprisal. It's a customer review. Think about improving these details and you will see that the reviews will be different. I speak as an Italian when it comes to cleanliness... if foreigners give a 10 in cleanliness... well... I wouldn't rely on it.

Gentile signora io non so cosa le sia successo di grave ma ciò che lei ha scritto non è assolutamente vero. Quello che proprio manca nella mia struttura è la polvere e lo dimostrano tutte le recensioni che alla voce pulizia danno 10. Lei ha soggiornato nella stanza più grande e più bella dell appartamento e una cosa è certa che tutto si può dire tranne che era sporca e che il bagno impolverato, ma come può essere impolverato un bagno che viene pulito tutti i giorni? Ma non è che questa è una ripicca nei miei confronti perché ho insistito nell avere il documento di sua figlia visto che ne era sprovvista? Ah la colazione allora è vero che sulla tavola ha trovato merendine ( perché esistono anche merendine vendute in posti diversi dal supermercato?) ma c’erano a supporto 3 torte di pasticceria , fette biscottate con nutella e marmellata pane per toast , biscotti, cereali di due tipi yogurt, formaggi e salumi. Da bere a disposizione caffè , te, 3 tipi di aranciate e 2 tipi di succhi di frutta diversi. Non mi sembra una colazione tanto scarna. Cara signora io lavoro duro per dare ai miei ospiti il meglio e vedere denigrato il mio lavoro in questo modo fa dispiacere, soprattutto quando le critiche non sono reali ma frutto di un dispetto. Si ricordi nella vita ci vuole il rispetto per il lavoro degli altri ma evidentemente lei non lo ha. Saluti.

What can I say, everything perfect, from the welcome to the structure, from the price to the breakfast up to the care of the small details. If we want to find the hair in the egg: the bathroom a bit small compared to the size of the room (triple) as well as the level of noise that is often perceived even on the sixth floor. But absolutely recommendable and worth returning for the proximity to the sea, the mountains, the 5 lands and Florence.
