Very comfortable and very clean room. The one facing the street is a bit noisy (traffic). You can leave your car and visit Siena on foot. Very abundant buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Excellent B&B. Almost in front of the Camollia gate, so its location is very good if you need to take the train. The room is very comfortable and quiet. Simple breakfast included. Excellent stay.

Great location outside Porta Camollia: 15 minutes on foot from the Campo and 5 minutes from the arrival of the mechanical lift (escalators) from the station. Clean and appropriately sized rooms. Decent bathroom. The only negative note: the pillows are too thin and the breakfast does not offer savory options. The host is kind and always reachable. Overall a great property.

The property is in an excellent location and the room is spacious. Self check-in is easy. For Siena (which is very expensive) the price is good. The main issues are cleanliness (very dusty room), the poor breakfast with packaged products and, above all, the host's attitude. I called at a reasonable hour (8 p.m.) because the TV was not working. I was treated rudely and dismissed, when it would have been enough to say that the antenna had been damaged and apologize, which the host's son, who later intervened, did. It would have been correct to warn about the potential problem at the time of booking and in any case not to interact in this way. For this I received a 7 euro discount. From other reviews I read about good experiences with the host; I hope it was just a bad day, but I would at least have expected an apology.

The structure is very comfortable, especially because of its location right in front of Porta Camollia and 1.2 km from Piazza del Campo, managed in a very warm and family-friendly way. Italian breakfast (white and wholemeal bread, also wholemeal toast, tea, coffee, American coffee, milk and plant-based drink, fruit juice, various yogurts, two types of breakfast cereals, various jams, butter, honey, cookies, and packaged croissants, fruit) with microwave, coffee and cappuccino machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator available. Parking in Siena is not easy but trust the advice of Marco and his family both for that and for attractions and restaurants where to eat. It's worth it!

The manager was very helpful and welcoming. He always responded quickly to requests and was very kind. He also provided us with directions and suggestions for our stay. The rooms are spacious and simple, equipped with everything necessary to be comfortable and very clean. The air conditioning is effective and not annoying, with the possibility to adjust it independently. The location is favorable: it is in a quiet area with services, ten minutes from the historic city center, which can be reached mostly inside the walls. Therefore, you can enjoy a pleasant walk that already allows you to appreciate historic Siena. The breakfast is simple, with packaged products, but complete. Gluten-free products are available. We were satisfied with our stay.

The structure and the room were impersonal, from the painting to the furniture, very basic. Even the pillows were uncomfortable because they were very low. A positive note is for the air conditioning that refreshed us during our stay. We reported that there were damaged parts in the bathroom and the manager, dismissing us with indifference, confirmed that he was already aware of it and that the structure was 10 years old. In my opinion, this is a bit thin as an excuse. The worst impact was with breakfast, incomplete and all packaged. We only had toast or bread and jam, yogurt, croissant or Campiello, all strictly packaged. We didn't expect a buffet, but the description indicated 'sweets'. The savory breakfast was missing, so the toast bread was unjustified. In a place like Siena, one expects more effort, considering that in other similar structures we had the pleasure of having a breakfast worthy of its name. Overall, the stay was sufficient, but only because it was in a very convenient location for sightseeing. I would recommend a complete review of the management.

I stayed with my daughter from May 16th to 18th, 2023 and we had a great time, the property is close to the train station where you can walk in 10 minutes with the escalators. It is also very close to the center of Siena, one minute walk from Porta Camollia. The property is also affordable. The manager and his father were very kind to us. When we return to Siena, we will go back to B&B Camollia.

The structure looks great: new, welcoming, and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious as well as the room. Quiet environment. The breakfast area is very well curated, with a good selection of fresh and packaged products, juices, and various types of coffee. Very appreciated the presence of a couple of gluten-free alternatives and soy milk. Marco, the manager, very kind and extremely helpful. He made the stay easy and even more pleasant. Strategic location: stepping out, you find yourself at the entrance of Porta Camollia. From there, in a 15-minute walk, you reach the main attractions of the historic center. The walk makes everything more enjoyable. On the opposite side, in 10 minutes, you arrive at the station. Highly recommended without any doubt!

Structure in front of Porta Camollia, the main access to the historic center of Siena, from there in a 15-minute walk you reach Piazza del Campo. The room is modern, functional, and very clean, nothing is missing, the bathroom is nice and large, and the shower works very well. Fantastic value for money, I paid 90 euros per night for a triple room with breakfast... challenge with the strengths that the B&B has to find something better. The managers are very kind and ready to give advice. Nearby there are free and paid parking lots. The car is rarely used, the station car park is useful at 2 euros per day, with the escalators you arrive near the B&B. Siena is beautiful as well as the surroundings.

Excellent location close to the lift from the station (where there is a parking lot for 2 euros per day) that leads to Porta Camollia, the beginning of the historic center. The 4-bed room is very small, just enough space to reach the beds next to each other. Coffee and milk from the automatic machine for breakfast. After all, the price is convenient and the premises are clean. Piazza del Campo is a ten-minute walk away.

Good location close to the center, very kind owners, they even carried my suitcase to the room upon my arrival. Breakfast with fresh products every day and very abundant. Quiet room, bathroom well equipped with accessories. Highly recommended even for families with children. I will recommend it for any friends' trips. I will definitely come back myself.

I booked through your website and contacted the person who answered the indicated cell phone, although he seemed kind and helpful on the phone, upon my arrival in person, after a long journey, he made it clear that he should have come to greet me at the requested time (1 pm) and immediately wanted payment for the nights before even showing the services offered. I also had to climb 10 flights of stairs because the assigned apartment was on the sixth floor without an elevator even for luggage. Furthermore, it didn't even have parking and a car space in an area where it's impossible to park! None of this was communicated to me at the time of booking! And I won't even tell you the insolence with which he responded to my request to see the room first and use the toilet! Thank you, kind regards.

Good value for money, the property is located in the city center just a stone's throw from the pedestrian area, so you can easily reach all the historical and cultural places on foot, the property has been recently renovated and equipped with everything, the rooms are comfortable, with private bathroom and television, the manager, Mr. Marco is kind and helpful, the breakfast is good with a wide selection, a property definitely worth recommending.

We had a great time, the manager is friendly and helpful, the B&B Camollia is very close to the center and very clean, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, it's really hard to find better than this.

I only spent one night in Siena, but the owners were truly exceptional. Kind, helpful, and everything. The place is wonderful because it's just 10 meters from Porta Camollia and from there to Piazza del Campo it's a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Very close to the station and Unistrasi. I had a great time. I stayed with my family during the Easter weekend. We had a great time, the property is very close to the center, with free parking nearby. The managers are very kind, the furniture is new and functional, and the cleanliness is good. Varied and plentiful breakfast. Definitely recommendable.

Great location, very well-kept and clean environments. The breakfast is really abundant and varied. We stayed in Siena for just a weekend, but fortunately the bed and breakfast chosen online was a pleasant surprise. I recommend it.
