The room and breakfast area were very clean and pleasant to be in. Gabby was a tremendous host and very helpful (especially with parking arrangements).

Very nice host, extremely modern and clean accommodations (with hair dryer!), and great location - five minute walk to the train station and at the beginning of the main historical sites. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at the B&B Via Roma 25. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was nice. There is the disadvantage of hearing the front door whenever anyone entered the building but the B&B can't do anything about that. Gabriella was so sweet and helpful. I will return. Grazie Mille.

Spacious suite with sitting room, comfortable, good amenities. Very good bed, quiet, slept well. Friendly, helpful hostess. Very clean, looked like new. Generous breakfast with good coffee and pastries. Easy to reach from train station and near to tourist sites.

Highly recommended.

B&B managed with passion, attention to guests, and care for details. It has 4 rooms and a small room for breakfast. Pleasant and bright themed decor in our room (Earth). The bathroom is equally bright and spacious. Excellent cleanliness. Located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of the historic center and a few minutes walk from an affordable multi-storey parking, it enjoys a perfect location. Lastly, but not least, I find it necessary to mention the availability of the owner, Mrs. Gabriella.

I highly recommend the structure, Mrs. Gabriella was helpful and friendly. The environment is familiar and clean.

Very kind and helpful manager for suggestions and facilitations, we had a great time.

The structure is close to the center and allows you to move around without the need for a car, clean and managed by a kind and attentive person. The only downside is a rather small shower cubicle, breakfast is made at the moment in a nearby pastry shop. Otherwise, we had a very good time.

Structure located in a very central position in Arezzo and very close to the train station. The rooms are cared for in the smallest details, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is like being at home, chatting with other guests and with the very kind owner, who was able to advise and guide us very well for our stay in the city.

Truly perfect stay. The property is original, beautiful, and very well maintained, as well as in a more than strategic location, just a few steps from the train station and in the heart of the city center. Top cleanliness and customer pampering ensured by the wonderful and warm welcome of the tireless Gabriella. I slept only one night here on the way back from Calabria to Milan. We wanted a structure in the center to be able to walk around a bit and easily find a restaurant and this structure is really in a great location. The owner was very kind, the room very clean and beautiful. Too bad we didn't have breakfast because we left at 6 in the morning.

My wife and I returned a few hours ago and we couldn't help but write an absolutely positive review for this wonderful B&B Via Roma 25 and its owner, Gabriella, who has been helpful and very kind since the first phone call to discuss the booking details, and who immediately provided us with all the information we needed, which prompted us to confirm everything shortly after. The structure is truly beautiful and designed, and the impeccable cleanliness can be perceived as soon as you enter from the entrance door to the room (we stayed in the "water" room), tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort, and I would like to emphasize the presence of a latest generation air conditioner "DAIKIN" (and no, sorry, but credit must be given where credit is due, details cannot be left to chance), not to mention the bathroom, spacious and where you can breathe cleanliness and hygiene! Since our intention was to move around Arezzo on foot, Gabriella advised us to park the car at the Mecenate parking lot, which can be reached in 8/10 minutes maximum on foot, a walk that is gladly done, as we left the car there for 3 days for only 3 euros per day (a real convenience). Furthermore, Gabriella advised us to go from Arezzo to Florence by train, and so we did, considering that the train station is a 2/3-minute walk from the B&B! In the surroundings, there is really everything you may need, Conad supermarket, Intesa bank right in front of the B&B, bars, etc...! Wait a moment, do we want to talk about breakfast? Serie A cappuccino prepared on the spot by the very kind Gabriella, and everything else of excellent quality! In short, the structure and its Host deserve 10/10! Everything is summed up in: we will definitely return! Thanks again from the heart to Gabriella from Roberto and Arsy.

We felt at home. Structure close to the historic center, easy to reach by car or train. We took the largest room to be comfortable and we found ourselves very well. Excellent cleanliness, divine breakfast but above all a lot of warmth and availability from the lady who manages the B&B Via Roma 25. If I were to return to Arezzo, I would already know where to go. I also recommend the garage service with car pick-up and drop-off.

Everything perfect! To be considered as a reference point for Arezzo. Clean, comfortable, very kind owner, breakfast with excellent products. Recommended!

Excellent Bed and Breakfast: excellently located (compared to the station but also to the city center), brand new, very clean, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The welcome from Mrs. Gabriella was very friendly and punctual. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great stay, very comfortable bed and impeccable cleanliness. Gabriella is very kind and prepared a tasty and complete breakfast. I hope to come back.

I rarely write reviews, but today I cannot refrain from doing so. I will be a bit verbose, but I want to share my terrible experience with this B&B Via Roma 25. We travel with a 2-year-old child, so I sent an email to the establishment asking if they had a room for two adults and a 2-year-old child available. The first response was that there was no availability. Okay, we'll look elsewhere. After 5 minutes, I received another email: "we made a mistake, the room for Friday is available if you want to book it". Alright, I thought and booked the room for the night. Upon our arrival, the acidity with which we were greeted was worse than a yogurt left out in the sun on August 15th, but let's move on. Mrs. Gabriella immediately made us feel 'deficient' for bringing the child with us, who instead of entering the room was exploring the storage room. We overlooked it, being aware that a child that young can be quite lively, especially in new places. The next morning, we were greeted normally until the child finished breakfast and was scolded multiple times for being too loud as there were people still sleeping. Always being aware, the father took the child's arm to wait until I finished breakfast. Mrs. Gabriella then scolded my husband for holding the child that way (according to her, the shoes were too close to the breakfast table). We pointed out that since the previous day she had shown a resentful attitude towards us, if she had decided to be a host, at least kindness and respect for travelers should be the basis of her work. We prepared to leave without even finishing our coffee, and she bid us goodbye at the door saying that I should have taught my child some manners. Well, Mrs. Gabriella, what can I say... it doesn't seem like your parents did a great job with you, but thanks to your valuable advice, I will try to be a better mother than you, teaching my child respect for others. Not content, she added: "I knew I shouldn't allow children into the establishment anymore". I remind her that we had corresponded by email and I had specified the child's age, and she had taken the money upon our arrival without any issues. Given the year we've had, I've developed my own conspiracy theory: initially, she wouldn't have let us book, but her greed got the better of her, how could she give up on €120?! My criticism is about how she made us feel, how she ruined our vacation, and the unapologetic inhospitality. There are establishments and restaurants that don't accept children, and that's fine, but if you accept a reservation, the least you can do is avoid making guests feel 'inadequate'. Oh, I almost forgot, I was also told by her that if I read carefully, somewhere it was written that they didn't accept children under 3 years old, but despite this, she sent me the link by email to make the reservation. She also continued by telling me that she had dealt with newborns who had caused no trouble. I ask (aside from the inconsistency), can you really compare a cute newborn with any 2-3-4 year old child? I can't comment on cleanliness and such, but I prefer a bit of dust to rudeness.

Everything perfect! It is the second time I come here and I will continue to do so every time I come to Arezzo! Convenient to the center, very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom with a window. Super breakfast with fresh products and very kind owner.

B&B Via Roma 25 absolutely perfect, clean, elegant, delightful in furnishings. Being located right in the center, I recommend contacting the nearby paid parking (with reservation already kindly made by Mrs. Gabriella) because the garage offers, upon request, also the car pick-up and delivery service, in absolute practicality and convenience. I didn't try the breakfast because I left very early in the morning, but, since the rating is mandatory, I gave a high score based on other reviews and considering that in a property managed like this one, the breakfast can only be top-notch.

Camera molto ben curata, dotata di ogni comfort, silenziosa e pulitissima a due passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche aretine. La titolare gentilissima è sempre pronta a risolvere ogni problema. La colazione la mattina è il top.

Arezzo città antica, ti trovi un posto moderno, efficiente e decisamente adatto ad una 2gg in visita. Struttura molto bella, moderna ed accogliente a due passi dal centro storico di Arezzo. Vicino (4/500m a piedi) ai parcheggi h24 della zona. Sala colazione e stanza davvero accoglienti e moderne. Gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff da 10 e lode. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Consigliato e molto a chi viene in visita a Arezzo.

Struttura in posizione centrale con comodi parcheggi nelle vicinanze (nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato perfino gratuiti). Pulizia e accoglienza eccellente. Sicuramente da consigliare per un soggiorno ad Arezzo.

Apri la porta di questo piccolo B&B e subito ti accoglie il profumo di fresco e pulito, stessa sensazione appena entri in camera (perfino l'armadio ha un profumo buonissimo)..piccolo nel senso che ci sono solo 4 stanze ma non si possono certo definire piccole..la nostra Terra spaziosissa, arredata con gusto e con cura in ogni particolare, niente di superfluo tutto essenziale e raffinato, bagno molto bello, spazioso e completo di tutto, dal set per il bagno alle ciabatte, pulizia top. La colazione è abbondante, dolce e salato, pane marmellate brioche, salumi, yogurt, biscotti e soprattutto c'è da dire che molti dei prodotti sono preparati da Gabriela la mitica proprietaria, assolutamente da provare il suo cappuccino a dir poco delizioso. Gabriela è di un buonumore contagioso, sempre disponibile e pronta a farti compagnia durante la colazione, naturalmente ci ha dato ottimi consigli per le nostre cene in città. Info utili: il B&B è centralissimo e si possono visitare tutte le bellezze della città con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Pur essendo in centro la qualità del sonno è ottima. Le stanze sono per non fumatori e lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato al park Mecenate, 3 euro al giorno, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi Ho letto che qualcuno ha definito il B&B costoso, io non ho cercato altre soluzioni e non ho idea dell'offerta in città, ma devo dire che i soldi che abbiamo speso li vale tutti! Grazie Gabriela e se torneremo ad Arezzo torneremo sicuramente da te!

Ottimo tutto. Gli arredi sono spettacolari, il bagno grande tutto nuovo e perfetto. Aria condizionata benissimo. Finestre insonorizzate nonostante sia in centro. Luminoso, pulito. Colazione varia e tutto freschissimo.

Veramente una bellissima struttura, moderna, pulita e accogliente. Vicinissima a tutti i punti d'interesse della città di Arezzo. La proprietaria Gabriela molto disponibile e gentile. Anche se non ho fatto colazione nella struttura so per certo che è abbondante, sfiziosa e di qualità, in quanto avendo prenotato anche una camera per mia sorella è stata lei a beneficiare di quest'ultima. Consiglio vivamente il B&B VIA ROMA 25 a tutti coloro che cercano una dimora confortevole nella città di Arezzo.
