Florence has become too expensive, especially for staying there. We paid almost twice as much as for our stay in Lucca (breakfast included) of similar -good- quality. Our host was friendly and helpful, but recognized that the prices were not right anymore.

The manager is available and quick to resolve issues (found parking in a short time). The structure is dated but well maintained and clean. Perfect location to walk around the entire center.

Excellent solution for a stay in Florence. A stone's throw from the station, a few steps from the city center. Large, very clean and welcoming room. Mr. Valentino was super courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

Strategic location, 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from San Lorenzo. Very clean rooms, the manager Mr. Valentino is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

It was what we were looking for and fully satisfied our request. Mr. Valentino, helpful and kind, gave us excellent advice to spend two days in Florence and visit a lot. Communication with him was excellent and transparent, the advice to reach the location was perfect. Rating 10 because you can't give more.

B&B in central area, easy to reach by both train and car. Available at a fair cost, garage for cars in front of the property. Very spacious and clean room; Valentino, the owner, a very polite person, provided us with all the necessary information for a nice stay in Florence.

A landmark for Florence. Welcoming and clean. The ancient building well preserved, the rooms well-kept, spacious with soft colors, evoke a gentle fairy tale image. Valentino, a delightful person, in love with his art of hospitality. Thank you.

B&B with three large rooms. The manager is a very friendly person with a thousand attentions for the customers and for the smooth running of the structure, so much so as to consider improving and modernizing it (renovation in progress, but still operational). He took care to disinfect keys and handles in front of me and adopted Covid protocols; but also to ensure that I had enough water and blankets. I was able to leave the room without hurry, but it depends on the needs of the structure. For breakfast, they rely on the hotel in front, so it is good and plentiful. I will definitely be back!

We stayed for only one night, the clean and quiet structure is very convenient to reach all the historical and artistic points of interest in the city. Mr. Valentino was very kind and welcoming, meeting our needs, having come by car, which we do not recommend to reach the city, given the presence of the very close and central station.
