The place is great. The owners are very welcoming and full of good advice. (For the French, Patrizia will tell you that she does not speak French well but she speaks it very well.) The house and the rooms are spacious and clean. A lovely view of the Tuscan hills and especially of the sunset. The pool is more than appreciated in the summer heat. We met very nice people who were staying there at the same time as us and they were also full of good advice. The breakfast in the morning is of very good quality. (Homemade by Paolo.) The restaurants around the house are really excellent. However, it is advisable to have a vehicle for more freedom. I think we will come back one day to discover the region even more. So see you soon, I hope.

Patrizia and Paolo's B&B is beautiful. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the entire property is impeccably maintained. The setting itself is simply stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. Very pleasant stay thanks to the hosts, who were helpful and friendly, the excellent homemade breakfast, the beauty of the landscape and the accommodation, which was clean and functional. Highly recommended.

Three special days! In the cool of the woods, a tour of villages, a swim in the pool... With the scent of lavender and rosemary! Excellent property with passionate and helpful owners.

Beautiful property, renovated and cared for in every detail. Clean and welcoming. The pool is a little gem in the greenery, with a truly relaxing view. Patrizia and her husband are very hospitable and helpful. Delicious breakfast. We hope to be able to return.

Location of the property just above the center of Capolona and about a 15-minute motorcycle ride from Arezzo, set in greenery in a very quiet area. Recently renovated, but it retains all the charm of the past. Wonderful pool. Comfortable room with a postcard view. Good breakfast with fresh cakes, delicious, made every day by Paolo. Convenient parking inside the property, closed with a gate. We stayed here for 5 nights. Excellent welcome: from the first moment we felt right at home. Patrizia recommended restaurants in the area (about ten minutes by motorcycle/car) to dine at and they all proved to be excellent in quality and hospitality. What can I say, we can't wait to return to this fantastic B&B. Highly recommended.
