Patrizia and Paolo's B&B is beautiful. The hosts are extremely friendly and attentive. The house, the room and the garden are very well kept and clean, and everything is lovingly arranged with great attention to detail. The breakfast is plentiful and homemade. A true gem and one of the absolute highlights of our entire trip. This accommodation made our stay special in a way we will never forget. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. The breakfast was without a doubt the best we had during our entire journey: everything was fresh, delicious, beautifully prepared, and of exceptional quality. Every morning started with a wonderful dining experience that set the tone for the day. The rooms are modern, bright, and tastefully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the entire property is impeccably maintained. The setting itself is simply stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. A special thank you goes to the owners, who are among the kindest and most caring hosts we have ever met. It is clear that they genuinely want their guests to have the best possible experience and go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly make this place exceptional.

Beautiful property, renovated and cared for in every detail. Clean and welcoming. The pool is a little gem in the greenery, with a truly relaxing view. Patrizia and her husband are very hospitable and helpful. Delicious breakfast. We hope to be able to return.

Location of the property just above the center of Capolona and about a 15-minute motorcycle ride from Arezzo, set in greenery in a very quiet area. Recently renovated, but it retains all the charm of the past. Wonderful pool. Comfortable room with a postcard view. Good breakfast with fresh cakes, delicious, made every day by Paolo. Convenient parking inside the property, closed with a gate. We stayed here for 5 nights. Excellent welcome: from the first moment we felt right at home. Patrizia recommended restaurants in the area (about ten minutes by motorcycle/car) to dine at and they all proved to be excellent in quality and hospitality. What can I say, we can't wait to return to this fantastic B&B. Highly recommended.
