Very cozy, clean and nice room. Everything was reachable within minutes with scooters. Communication with our host was also perfect and on point. We will book again, as soon as we decide to visit Florence again!

This is a great B&B. The host could not have been nicer. She greeted us as we got off the bus, and oriented us to our room and the surrounding area. We found a wonderful jazz restaurant around the corner. Taking the bus to and from the train station was flawless. The area is a good walking area with plenty of cafés, wine shops, and restaurants. The place itself was exactly as described. It has all the basic essentials you'll require, and is very secure. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to stay there again should we come back to Florence. The city bus system is pretty simple and you can indeed get around fairly simply. The bus stop is located almost directly across the street from the apartment. I recommend this enthusiastically as a great B&B to visit.

The communication from Chiara was excellent and her guidance for arriving from the train station to accommodation by bus was spot on. She was very friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout also. The room was clean, had air conditioning, a hairdryer, a mini fridge. It was perfect for our stay. About half an hour on the bus (stop very close to accommodation) to the center, or about 40 minutes walk. We did not have breakfast so no rating provided.

Chiara is a super host. Fabulous place and excellent breakfast. She looked after us very well. The quality of her accommodation is very good. Bed very comfortable & clean. We will definitely come back and stay again.

The breakfast is in the form of a voucher to be presented at a kind of tearoom a few steps away. But there is enough to indulge.

The room was very clean and the hostess very kind and helpful. It's about a half hour walk to the center. All in all, though, not a problem. Near the riverbank, there are several options for eating and drinking. Walking along the Arno to the accommodation is very pleasant and invites you to look around and stroll. Around the corner, there is a very cute cafe called Osa Bistrot. Highly recommended.

Tastefully decorated room, nothing is missing. There is also a kettle for heating water, tea bags, coffee, chocolates... a small fridge stocked with drinks is also available. Bathroom and room are very clean. The location is not exactly in the center but very close to the bus stop 4 to the center and a half-hour walk along the Arno. And what about Chiara the owner... kindness and availability personified! Highly recommended.

We had a great time, the room is spacious, comfortable, in a quiet location. It is particularly suitable for those who need to work during their stay, having a comfortable table as well as various support points. The landlady is kind and helpful, as well as very efficient: excellent advice for dinner. Although it is not in the center, it is in a good position, connected by bus. However, the center can also be reached on foot, if you don't mind walking a bit, let's say half an hour at most. Very close to the Tuscany hall.

B&B Dolce Luna highly recommended for impeccable cleanliness and the absolute availability of the owner Chiara who satisfied every single request in record time and provided assistance for the use of public transport (including tickets) and for dining options in the area. The B&B is located 2.5 km from the center but the bus stop is really close by and from there you can reach everything in a short time. Super breakfast at a pastry bar in the area.

The B&B Dolce Luna, although not centrally located, still allows you to reach the city center in 10 minutes by bus and then on Saturday evening there are some nice bars. The owner is not just kind, she is more than that! She provided us with many directions and solutions, making it practically impossible to get lost or go hungry. Recommended.

Well-finished, clean, warm and comfortable structure. You can walk to the center in half an hour or take the bus number 14 that stops right in front of the house. Fortunately, it has a private paid parking which is necessary. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar by very friendly girls. Chiara is a helpful host full of suggestions. We will definitely come back.

I booked several dates after seeing the B&B Dolce Luna: clean, comfortable, and easily accessible structure. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms, blankets and pillows available. Chiara welcomed us warmly and professionally. Convenient parking (which I recommend booking if you plan to use it) and for breakfast, I chose to have it at the affiliated pastry shop: various sweet and savory options as well as quality.

I stayed two days in this B&B Dolce Luna with my children, spacious room, cozy, well-furnished with comfortable beds, and above all super clean! We were welcomed by Chiara, very kind and very helpful from the booking, she provided us with all the necessary information. Thank you Chiara! The center is a 15-20 minute walk away, easily reachable with a walk along the Arno, or by bus (the stop is 1 minute from the B&B). I will definitely come back!

Spacious, comfortable, and very clean room. Excellent for reaching the city center on foot in 20 minutes by walking along the riverbank, or by bus passing in front of the property. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Io e la mia famiglia (5 persone) + cane ci siamo trovati come a casa! Prezzo/qualità difficile da battere! Stanze grandi e mobili praticamente nuovi. La struttura è a 10 minuti dal centro utilizzando il bus che si prende a 50m ed inoltre è praticamente sul passeggio del Lunarno. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura sia per la vicinanza al centro (si può raggiungere comodamente con il pullman o a piedi) sia per la struttura, pulita e perfettamente funzionale e zona molto tranquilla.

Stanze molto pulite, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio. Il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in autobus oppure 30 minuti a piedi. Lo consiglio a famiglie, ma anche a coppie. Lo considero un'ottima scelta.

Struttura molto moderna, pulita e confortevole. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e alla mano. Peccato solamente non fosse possibile fare colazione direttamente nel B&B, comunque avevamo dei buoni da usare In 2 bar nelle vicinanze della struttura ogni giorno. Pensavo fosse più vicino al centro, invece per raggiungere il Duomo bisogna prendere un autobus, la fermata è Vicinissima e comunque abbastanza comoda. Nel complesso, una bella struttura, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. CONSIGLIATA.

Alloggio pulito e ben arredato, fornito da tutto ciò che si aspetta di un B&B. La proprietaria, Chiara, è stata sempre molto disponibile e simpatica! La colazione si fa al bar vicino alla struttura ed è una colazione all'italiana, semplice ma gustosa Grazie per averci ospitato, ci torneremo presto.

B&B molto pulito, camera e bagno spaziosi. Posizione buona: vicino alla fermata del bus (n. 14) che in 20 minuti ti porta in centro. Zona tranquilla, residenziale. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nelle vie limitrofe (righe blu a pagamento € 12,00 al giorno esclusa la domenica, righe bianche da non utilizzare in quanto destinate ai soli residenti). Unico neo la colazione: non proprio abbondante e, spero causa distrazione, con pane ammuffito. Il voto nel complesso è un 8 pieno.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno ma è stato tutto perfetto. Dalla gentilezza dell'host alla pulizia e nota di merito un vero breakfast con ampia scelta dolce e salata. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. Da consigliare vivamente.

Veramente gentilissimi e accoglienti, camera grande, con bagno privato, tutto pulito alla perfezione e fornito di tutto. La struttura è immersa in uno spazio tranquillo e verde, sembra di stare quasi in mezzo alla natura. Ci torneremo assolutamente e lo raccomandiamo senza il minimo dubbio.

Struttura in posizione comoda sia al Mandela Forum sia al centro storico. Camera di ottime dimensioni, pulita e ben disposta. Frigobar ben fornito, tv piatto enorme e bagno con doccia grande! Chiara, proprietaria della struttura, gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Soggiorno piacevolissimo. Sicuramente faccio ritorno!

Siamo stati in questo B&B in occasione di un concerto all'OBI HALL, che si può raggiungere facilmente con una passeggiata di 10 minuti circa. Il B&B è nuovissimo, la camera spaziosa, silenziosa e molto pulita. È dotata di tutto il necessario, il letto e il guanciale molto confortevoli, insomma nessun difetto. Consigliatissimo quindi.

Siamo state ospiti di Chiara solamente una notte ma è stata un'esperienza più che positiva sotto ogni aspetto. Lei gentilissima e molto disponibile, cartina alla mano ci ha spiegato tutto per bene, linea bus, orari, luoghi di interesse, posti per mangiare. Camera e bagno super pulitissimi, cuscini e materasso comodissimi e colazione fantastica con ogni cosa. Sicuramente consiglierò questo B&B ma soprattutto conto di tornarci alla prossima occasione.
