Our B&B is placed at Lucca art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in the historic heart of the city nearby Piazza Anfiteatro. "B&B Anfiteatro" is a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll and shop in the shopping streets be amazed by the work of our artisans, explore tradition and culture along your own delicious fine food and wine trail, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, stroll in the quiet, lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places sports and fitness centres for working out on holiday.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for conferences and business travel, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again.

Breakfast is served directly at the B&B from 8: 30 to 10: 00. Every morning, we offer fresh croissants, cakes, jams, cereals, cold cuts, and cheeses...and of course, freshly made coffee and cappuccino. . .;)

Bedroom was full of character and good storage space. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and very generous. Directions and entry/access very clearly explained. We loved it. Thank you very much.

Lovely spacious suite close to three of our favourite places in Lucca, the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, the Basilica di San Frediano and the city walls. Comfortable bed and settee with wardrobe and view over rooves and courtyards. Nice bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful with no traffic noise. Plenty of pastries, cakes, ham and cheese for breakfast although we'd have liked a better selection of fresh fruit. 2nd floor but there was a lift.

The location of the b&b is perfect - close to many restaurants and sites to visit in the city center. The host was friendly and welcoming and was sure that I had everything I needed. The only catch was that breakfast is served from 8:30 - 10:00, so if you have to leave early to catch a train or for work (as was my case) you miss out on that.

A wonderful accommodation, decorated with taste and personal character, with delicious breakfast and above all perfect owners: extremely polite and friendly! The position of the accommodation is just 2 minutes away from the most beautiful square of Lucca, piazza Anfiteatro, full of restaurants and bars and within walking distance from all amenities and sightseeing. We have had an unforgettable vacation, thank you so much Luca and Francesco!

Great place to stay. Perfect location and the hosts were very accommodating. Not used to that type of breakfast but it was good for the most part. AC was nice and cold. Room was large and comfortable. Would for sure return again.

Spectacular location. The accommodation, welcome and stay were excellent. Lucca was a fascinating discovery; the friendliness of the locals immediately puts everyone at ease in every respect. At the B&B you feel at home: what more could you want? Go there now!

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The location is great. The breakfast is good and plentiful, with cakes, croissants, and savory items, all homemade. We also had dinner at the 3 Merli restaurant, always owned by the same proprietor, and we ate well. I definitely recommend it.

Non posso dare un voto più alto a causa di una sola nota negativa: non è mai stata pulita la stanza, né rifatto il letto, né pulito il bagno nei 3 giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Peccato, perché per tutto il resto non ho niente da eccepire. La posizione è eccezionale, in centro, a ridosso della magnifica piazza Anfiteatro e letteralmente a due passi da via Fillungo. La colazione "ottima e abbondante".

Great location, right in the center. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, but expensive. Decent breakfast. There were two managers at the reception, one of whom was very kind to us: he was not in a hurry and answered all our questions.

Even though enjoyed halfway due to physical problems, it was a wonderful stay. Courtesy and kindness are at home as well as their restaurant where you have breakfast and where you can have lunch and dinner in tranquility. Experience to be repeated as soon as physical conditions allow.

I stayed at the B&B Anfiteatro to accompany my son to the 'Back to Hogwards' gathering. I spent two very pleasant days. I thank Francesco who responded to my request very quickly, and even though I preferred to confirm the reservation personally by visiting the property, reality exceeded my expectations. I appreciated, in addition to the quality of the services offered, the availability and friendliness of all the staff. I highly recommend it.

Very nice and well-kept structure, excellent location to visit the city, courtesy and availability of the staff, fairly spacious rooms and clean and well-organized bathrooms. Good and varied breakfast. I really recommend this structure to anyone who wants to visit the city and be in the historic center forgetting to use the car.
